GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

I, LILIA C. TURNER, of legal age, a resident of 3723 W. 76h p ,
Chicago, illinois, 60652, U.S.A, has made, constituted and appointed, and by these
presents, do make,constitute,and appoint EARL MARK CALINGACION, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.Cangmating,lot#1335, Municipality of Sibulan, Negros
Oriental, 6200, Philippines, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act for and in my
name, place and stead, to perform the following authority upon the terms and conditions
and under such covenants as they may fit, to wit:
1.To represent me in the court proceedings,Office of the Land Registration Authority (LRA)
where he can make, sign, seal, execute and deliver documents, agreements and other my
said attorney in-fact writings upon such terms and conditions acceptable to , and all other
government and private offices , all of which are relative to the due -process upon the
transfer of titles of all the real properties in the name of my late father, PATERNO
CALINGACION,to his direct living descendants.
2.To give consent to MR.EARL MARK CALINGACION the biological grandson of my late
father PATERNO CALINGACION and to protect by an actual,physical occupation to the
real properties in the name of my late father PATERNO CALINGACION to a lawful
transfer of title to my fathers direct living descendants,including to my said Atty in fact
lawful application of water in Sibulan water district and electricity in Noreco 2 to
prevent trespassers and squatters.
3.GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact to do whatever is necessary to
accomplish the terms and conditions of the two-stated covenants above.
This Special Power of Attorney shall be terminated immediately as soon as the
two conditions are met: I establish a lawful residency in the province af Negros Oriental
and the transfer of titles of all the real properties in the name of my late father to , his
legal heirs in full force and effect.

d in my name, place and stead, to perform the following authority upon the terms and conditio

s upon such terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney, and all other government a

real properties in the name of my late husband, ANGELO G. CABALLES, to me, his surviving spo
use and lawful heir, LILIA C. TURNER, Nee LlLlA B. CALINGACION VDA. DE CABALLES;to execute
my legal rights of an intestate succession as his surviving spouse.(under Article.1001 of the
New Civil Code of the republic of the Philippines.)

(2.) To restrict the lawful attorney-in-fact from selling the properties, from making them a
s collateral's in loans and/or mortgages.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact to do whatever is necessary to
accomplish the terms and conditions of the two-stated covenants above.

This Special Power of Attorney shall be terminated immediately as soon as the two
conditions are met: I establish a lawful residency in the province of Negros Oriental and the
transfer of titles of all the real properties in the name of my late husband, ANGELO G.
CABALLES to me, his surviving spouse and legal heir is in full force and effect.
