McKinley Avenue, ‘This address is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County in the state of Oklahoma. The nature of this call was to check the welfare of an adult female in the above home. Officers arrived and found Victim: Geneva Gornez (Geneva) lying in the home with 2 large cross/erucifix upon her chest. Blood was visible and she had suffered severe trauma around her head and face. Emergency responders arrived and pronounced Geneva deveased. Officers came into contact with Victim: Geneva Gomer"s mother, Juanita Gomez. (Juanita) at the home. Juanita stated her daughter Geneva was possessed by the devil. When contacted by officers Juanita Gomez had several bruises to include swelling ‘around the Knuckle area on both hands. Juanita Gomez wes brought to the Homicide Office to be interviewed. Juanita waived her Miranda Rights and admitted to believing her daughter was possessed by the devil approximately a day or so ago. Juanita stated she punched her daughter (Geneva Gomer) repeatedly and forced s crucifix and religious medallion down her throa! until blood came ont of her daughter's moath. Juanita saw her daughter di and then placed her body in the shape of a cross. Afterward, Juanita attempted fo clean her daughter and other items in the home. When interviewed, Juanita had very swollen hands and several bruises on her own arms. Juanita slated these bruises were from her daughter fighting ker attempts to rid Satan from her daughter's body.
