chancellor, to USG, Student Services, = I got dissability, u are
discriminating against a student with disability. I'll go to my counselor at
AccessAbiltiy office too. U motherfuckers are gonna be sorry u ever heard

To Ms Alicia Bragg,
First I want to bring you my apologies, even though I do not expect you to
accept them, but at least as my admission of my guilt. Also I thought I was
dealing with a Mr. and you turned out to be a Miss, sorry about that perhaps then I may even have spoke differently. I know I completely flew
off the handle and of course what I will tell you know does not excuse my
behaviour - it is only an explanation. For for the past 2 months I have
been under tremendous pressure, and only 30% (or so) has to do with
school. With the school part it is that I want to graduate in time, Spring
2017 because I am way behind on the technical production courses that
all the other students are. And now, when I finally thought I would be able
to do that, that I am being prevented from doing so by some technical
glitch in the system that is no fault of my own. So I thought I would have
to wait now till 2018. And that is simply unacceptable to me. There was
something about late application but even when I tried that the link sent

me to a blank page on my Hunter page. I know how to log in to the "You

Hunter" page and it takes me there to a box saying "DEGREE AUDIT 'SOMETHING' " and that to the blank page. That's the Catch 22 I been
dealing with for the past 2 weeks. I have a disability - Bi-Polar Disorder,
Anxiety Disorder, with OCD, and Ulcerative Colitis, so as you can see, my
plate full. But even this is just the tip pf the iceberg. On top of this my
mother is extremely ill and we don't know how much longer she got. She
is a famous photographer and recently she had almost her whole live's
work stolen from her, her archive of photographs and negatives, she is
very depressed and is on the verge of suicide. So now in the midst of all
this I have to travel with her to Russia in the Summer to try to get this
situation resolved which is so dangerous that she actually fears for her
life, and I too, for her(and for me as well). And now in the midst of all this
this situation the degree audit problem is added on. It was simply too
much for me, I lost it and I snapped - I am sorry about this, please, if you
cannot forgive me at least understand what sort of a fatalistic horror of
a life I am embroiled in now. I literally fear for our safety there for the
people who stole her life's work (which is of very sensitive nature in their
circles) are not beyond taking someone's life - this is modern, Putin's
Russia for you. And not of all this as I already told you I have an emotional
disturbance - so just please understand why and how I could over-react
thus, I am literally walking on needles, and on top of this there's my
course work. My plate is completely full.
Now on Monday, May 23, 2016 I am meeting with Colin Barry and
Leslie from the Behavioral Response Team to talk about the emails I sent
you, again I apologize but just please understand what a tensed,
pressured and on edge state of mind I have been in. I want my mother to
come with me, and I think she will as she promised as she can prove and
attest to everything I have just said here. She will bring the copy of the
original Police Report from the burglary of her files, and the remaining
pictures she has left so you can see that these were photos, very valuable
photos of very prominent people in politics, art, and culture, Nobel Prize
Winners, Laurretes and such, literaly $100s of thousands worth of
material, that's how much she lost. So my mom was also counting on me
graduating, and now when my graduation was under threat I lost proper
emotional perspective and started to project totally unrealistically and
disproportionately and just lost it. I am sorry a 1000 times for this. It's just
when things like these happen I become a tragedyist and totally begin to
believe in the worst possible outcome. My therapist even continuously
keeps pointing this out to me. All I ask is that you understand what
happened. I am sincerely sorry and I hope that some day, after many yars,
you may be able to forgive me.

Hello, my name is Yuri Fyodorov, EMPLID ID# 23376379,

I am contacting you because the email you sent me with the link for the
degree audit does not work. It simply takes me to my HUNTER PAGE, and
when I'm in it I click on "degree audit apply," that takes me to another
link, and when I click on that it merely takes me back to MY HUNTER PAGE.
So it's a catch 22. Can you please send me a link that works, and or a pdf
of the form and email address where I can submit it to? I intend to
graduate Spring 2017, my deadline is May 15, 2016. I went to
Registrars/OASIS office and they gave me your email and said that if I
contact you then you will enter me in to the system for Spring 2017. So
this is my official notification, please put it on record officially that I intend
to graduate in Spring 2017 and that I have thus now applied for my
degree audit for Spring 2017 graduation. And still please send me the
correct link, or make the one you have work, and send me the pdf and
email where to submit it to.
