Area Developer
has to be a successful AQUAHEALTH Franchisee for
one year, may then be permitted to develop his
province or region by reselling Franchises (available
only outside GMMA only), Franchisee has to pay a
development fee and receives share on
Franchise Fee:
P 100,000 for unit franchise
P 200,000 for an area franchise (+ P 30,000 store
opening fee for stores opened after one year)

Trade Name and Proprietary marks
Site approval
Training for Franchisee and employee
Pre opening assistance
Operations Manual Research & Development
Initial Franchise Agreement Term: 5 years for unit franchises,
10 years for Area Franchises
Royalty on gross sales:
Peso One (P 1.00) per gallon
Advertisement:
1% of gross sales as Local Store Marketing within your
territory or area
Minimum required space:
24 square meter
Equipment Package:
P 580,000 excluding leasehold improvement
Equipment Installation:
maximum 15 days
