Modules 19 and 20 are case studies and do not have to be returned for assessing. Attached is
a word document for your answers, this does not have to be used if you wish to create your
own format but has the advantage of being easily stored and accessed for any future studies
or referring to. For the multiple choice mini-quiz answers, please place an X next to your
chosen answer.

Aim of the Course


This course is designed to introduce you to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and equip
you with the knowledge and skills required to practise as a CBT therapist.
