LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities
of staff. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
Identify training and development opportunities.
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Perform other related duties as required general office management issues.
Maintains a safe and secure work environment by promoting workplace
safety; developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff results
by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising
job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating,
coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Responsible
for the implementation and maintenance of documentation & records of HR
w.r.t ISO9001-certified management system as described in the quality
manual.
To perform process, improvement and quality audit whether internal or
external to ensure compliance to the requirement of the quality
management system. To promote the Quality & Safety Policy.
