YOU should send your reference to the TOP BOP clam shell plus your idea using the bore unit and seal. DO IT as the
officials are getting a package ready.

Address it to Rear Admiral Landry USCG attention. It will be direct from you as we had not insertion of a 3 foot section
of pipe into the 21 inch 3 foot section with beveled washer and shutoff plus weights but your two illustrations are
genius ideas. I know the Branko R. Babic invention would shut it down in 8 hours flat then they could conceivably use
your invention after releasing the flange later.

What I worry about is the almost definite FACT that there are some 350 rigs in the Gulf using the same tall 8 story
BOP’s vertical instead of lying them down in the sand Horizontal with connections allowing super heavy gate valves as
shutoffs plus 90 degree ell before attachment to BOP. Here at 8 stories TALL could be pushed over by waves or
earthquake and the Entire Gulf plus NORTH AMERICA lost until the flow reaches Europe and beyond……that is really
scary enough to get the recommendations for instant inspections and review by the President. I change my Van
battery perhaps TWO YEARS TOPS but we also have a trickle charger SOLAR if necessary on a RIG perhaps NOT USED
nor do we take apart a module and replace them periodically to rebuild same.. HINT … Hint !

How long before ALL IN FLORIDA WERE KILLED WITH ALL RIGS FRACTURING AT THE CASING CONNECTION AND BOP
FALLING OVER ? Think about it Rear Admiral Landry….it could happen.

I KNOW BRANKO R BABIC INVENTION WOULD WORK IN 8 HOURS FLAT SEALING THIS LEAK AT THE RISER TOP OF
THE BOP provided there are 3 feet not bent and a flush cut allows insertion
Of the smaller thick wall pipe with a larger SLEEVE over the riser where the washer machined welded to the flow thru
pipe and shutoff with weights then flange will seal the riser to the flanged pipe IN LESS THAN 8 HOURS using the
crane to move the pipe and another crane to lower the Branko R. Babic CPP with pipe and weight onto the top of the
BOP.

Why no one got another FLANGE like at the top, took same to a welding shop, attached another riser with hydraulic
lines plus shutoff and outgoing female flange from GE is beyond me. 40 days ? Now they show an item not properly
secured by 30,000 pound weights being put over a pipe then RESTRICTING THE FLOW THROUGH A 6 INCH STRAW
WHICH WILL PUSH OFF AND FAIL WITHOUT WEIGHTS AND SECURING BOLTS TO SUPER THICK FLANGE SURFACES
MAKING LEAKS YOU DO NOT DESIRE TO SEE ????????

What is the DIAMETER of the top flange and bottom flange up on the top of the BOP for this must be known and allow a
super seal with the LMRP or whatever to sit down……also look at the holes with super thick bolts turned with ROV
TURNING BOLTS USING SOCKETS to lock the item down fully as someone forgot they need 30,000 POUND ON THE
LMRP TOP to hold it against 15,000-30,000 PSI pressure. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<SUPER URGENT REVIEW NEEDED

CNN IS SHOWING ME THE ITEM AND AS A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER AND FORMER WELDER I WOULD NOT PUT IT
OVER A SPRINKLER HEAD OR BROKEN FIRE HYDRANT DOWN THE STREE LET ALON IN MY FRONT YARD LET ALONE
OVER A BOP 1 MILE DOWN !

BP and others were advised of the Counter Pressure Plug or CPP with pipe, beveled washer, shutoff and flange toward
surface for over 30 days and no one went to any welding shop to make up one when the PATENT HOLDER gave
permission FREE to use it ???
Red Adair, Kuwait, WILD WELL and others in the business KNOW OF THE INVENTION and that it will WORK. No one
make any calls or even call Branko R. Babic in Oxford ?????

CHECK WITH THE SCOUT LEADERS AND POSSIBLY USCG AS THIS WILL NOT WORK BUT BLOW OFF STALLING
CRITICAL CPP USE FOR FULL SHUTDOWN OF LEAK IN 8 HOURS ALLOWING FULL SHUT DOWN OR SALVAGE OF RIG
TEMPORARILY !

THINK OF 350 SIMILAR RIGS NOT PROPERLY INSPECTED WITH 8 STORY BOP SIMILAR PROBLEMS AND NO SOLUTION

Representative from USCG task force called and spoke with me perhaps over 30 minutes desiring to get ALL information I had sent BP and Governors about
solving the spill in 8 hours flat.
