The recommended serving size of food is the way that it is to maintain balance in
the body. Too much of one thing can be harmfull. But on the other hand too little can
also be harmful. Everybody is different fromj the person next to them. If you intake too
much of one food your body will need more of that enzyme to break it down. Carbs fuel
our bodies and our bodies are made up of trillions of cells. When you eat food you
chew. If your body has an enzyme for the food you are eating the flavor will be more
intense because the enzyme will begin to break the food down before it enters your
stomach. Hemoglobin is a protein found in red blood cells. Red Blood cells carry oxygen
throughout your body without which you would die.
Evaluation:

This experiment was something I do on a usual basis. With soccer I have to watch what
I eat so I keep my own Food Diary. I do believe I can improve by adding more carbs to
my diet. I may want to lay off the cookies for a while because they are extremely
unhealthy. I should also add more vegetables to my diet because they provide vitamins.

How is a protein important to keep the body in homeostasis. First off, what is a protein
made of? A protein is made up of amino acids which have joined to form a chain.
