INTERVIEW SELECTION PROCESS FOR FACE BOOK

To get through with the interview you will need to face 2 round of interview both
will be F2F round with the managers.
1st round: It will be all about your previous work experience challenges that you
faced and how did you overcome the challenges learning experiences &Personal
introduction.
You will be asked certain question based on the scenario.

policies like for example You should not add unknown people or send request to
unknown people like wise few policies you will need to answer them please

same questions will be asked in 5 different ways just to check your confidence

A: Yes, am fine working for any kind of shifts and same goes with week end also.

A:please do not make any kind of weird faces when question asked on Node post

7. Regarding Instagram can be asked (Do you have instagram account and what its
functionalities are)
8. Shift timings to know the flexibility of a candidate (Whether weekend or weekday offs
are ok)
9. Regarding project tenurity will be asked to know whether a candidate is known about
the 6 months period and is ok to go ahead.
10. CEO of FB and launch date of FB (Good to have knowledge of this)
Scenarios asked related to process:
Scenario:
1. FB gets a call that a woman has updated on her timeline that she is ready to commit
suicide in next 10 Min.
2. Child Pornography.
3. Fake accounts.
Q) Being a employee you have only 5 min to stop any one of these. Which one would
you stop and why?

A) Would check and send a rescue team to stop the lady from committing suicide as
here we have only 5 min and there is a life at stake. Next child pornography which
already exists and is a system which cannot be stopped within 5 Min.Third comes fake
accounts.
Scenario:
A lady report abuses
Through FB and approaches FB that she is being teased with filthy words and pics on
her timeline with one of the unknown persons. She already blocked him but still she is
facing the same problem. She requests FB team to look after and help her out.
1.Will you directly tell her to deactivate her account and ask her to create a new.
2.Will you try getting in-depth of the issue
3.Will you tell her that you will look after the issue on priority.

A) First thing i being an employee il give my condolences for whatever happened. Then
il extend my needy hand and will assure that il surely look after the issue and help her
out in resolving the issue. I also will have to check the other persons account along with
her account whether really something what is told is been posted or not?If that is real
then will approach the person and will warn him the consequences and ask him not to
do it further.

Scenario:
You are given the policy team and you got a situation where there is a nude painting,
real nude picture of a lady & Hyderabad hot sexy girls page or site. Which one of these
will you allow on FB?
A) First painting done by whom can be asked for. If that is a painting of a famous
painter (MF Husain) then you can go ahead and allow nude painting on FB.This is
because he is a public figure and he is globally connected with millions of followers on
FB.As this is a global platform it would encourage the art lovers to look for the painting
globally. people will see the art behind the painting but not the nude

Q) Which of these would be of top priority which you will block immediately if you have

A) First option would be of top priority and will be blocked immediately as it is related to
a religion and it can destroy many lives within no time.FB being a global platform should
be biased to every religion and should not allow posts which hurts feelings of specific
religion and create a mess.
Similarly, questions related to scenarios where priority options would be asked.
EX:I hate Bangladesh, I hate Shahrukh Khan etc.
