HOW TO BELIEVE IN THE EXISTENCE OF ALLAH- THE MIRACLE

OF THE PHOPHETS
About the existence of Allah s.w.t there are too many proof. One of it is Allah has
sent prophets and messengers to show to us that the existence of Allah is true and the task of
the prophets is to bring humankind to worship Allah. Then is the miracles that Allah s.w.t
gave to his prophets to show how powerful he was and to make people trust the existence of
Allah. The example are the prophet Moses that can separate the sea into two. And turn it stick
into snack. And prophet Isa that can talk when he still a baby and giving sight to the blind
people. And to Prophet Muhammad who cannot read and write and then after angle Gabriel
came to him he know to read.
Besides that, if we want to believe in the existence of Allah we must to read and seek
knowledge about the story of our prophets. During that time there is many story about how
Allah punish people who dont want to follow his messengers and people who do sin and do
things that Allah angry like do sex with same gender. There is so much magical thing happen
during the prophet time that non logic like the prophet Muhammad go to the sky for israk and
mikraj. That is impossible during that time but now we can see many astronaut go to the
moon and other planet by using rocket and many equipment and cost many money.
Furthermore, now we can see many people tend to not trusting Allah existence
because they feel like they have not being punish if do something that Allah dont like and
they feel better not to trust Allah because dont have to worship Allah five times a day and
can do many things all day long. But if we think back Allah dont punish us because he
want us to think about his existence and trust him with our Iman, dont have for him to
punish us for our sin and then we trust he are there. Allah also have hidayah, Allah gave it to
the people who have going astray from his akidah that because Allah love us and dont want
us going to the hellfire.
We dont have to see the artist to recognise the painting right. Same like Allah he
there but we just dont see it like Prophet Muhammad do when he go the sky during israk
mikraj. And when we call our parent we dont have to see her face but we know that they are
there same like Allah when we pray he still hear what we want and what we feel .But we as a
Muslim that follow prophet Muhammad must to trust him because he never lie to anyone
before. All people in Makkah know about that. His companion also. He never take alcohol.
He a great man. When he say he saw Allah so it is absolutely true.

THE EXISTENCE OF BEAUTY- AL-QURAN

Al-quran is the revelation from Allah to prophet Muhammad through angle
Gabriel. It is originally in Arabic language. There is to much beauty in Al-quran such as it
perfection. There are so many unbeliever are trying to copy the Al-quran but it is never been
done because Al-quran is to perfect to be copied. And Allah has mention that Allah will
protect the Al-quran. Al-quran also contain the story about the past like the story of the
prophet. The present and the future like the judgement days. When the Al-quran talk
about the future many people tend to disbelief but the when the time come they realize that its
true. Many scientific fact that equal to what mention in the Al-quran like the moon dont give
light by it self. It is from the sun different what mention in bible.
Al-quran also contain a beautiful verse. There is the story when saiyidina umar
become muslim after had heard his sister recite surah taha from the Al-quran. There is also
some verse in the Al-quran that we can memorize and recite everyday cause it can give huge
benefit to us. Allah also said that whoever memorize the whole Al-quran. His body will be
never be touch by hellfire. When we saw the people who memorize Al-quran, his face look
calm and clean that because Allah love who love his books. Al-quran also unite the muslim
all over the world because where ever we go we can see and hear Al-quran being read at the
masjid because it is read in Arabic no by your country language, that also make many muslim
want to learn arabic so that they can learn Al-quran.
When we have some problem or our heart dont feel good we have to take wudhuk and
then try to read the Al-quran, we will feel much better after that, that is one of the beauty
of Al-quran. That because in Al-quran the verse is really nice and when you read it will feel
like touching your heart and someone who really read it and feel it will cry while read the Alquran because of its beauty. Al-quran also have many way to read it like when we hear the
Al-quran reading competition sometime they recite the al-quran different like we are and
when we hear it we like cannot stop from hear it and we feel really calm and.
Al-quran also is the primary reference of muslim about the islamic law before the
hadith. That means Al-quran also is the books of law and it is importance to the islam because
without law what we are. Like the country without law it will be no peace and people will do
what ever they want wrong or corrent they dont know because no law stated what is true and
what is wrong like stated in the holy Al-quran.

TREMENDOUS THINGS HAPPEN TO THE BELIEVER GETTING

HIDAYAH FROM ALLAH
Allah is the mighty god. We as a human had done many bad things in our life with
our will or not. But as we know Allah never punish us just after we had done the bad
things we al know that he have the power to do so. that because Allah love us and he still
give us a chance to ask for her forgiveness. Allah also give test to us so that not because he
hate us and because we do not do well.he give us test because he love us and the test given is
suit for us thats Allah power.
Allah also have hidayah, hidayah here means guidance. The guidance has been
provided by Allah to humans primarily in the form of the Qur'an. Not only through the
Quran, but Hidayah, or guidance, is also provided through Muhammad, and how he lived his
life, which is known as the Sunnah of the Prophet. Through his teachings and the guidelines
in the Quran, Muslims hope to attain a better lifestyle.
Here when we see people who had repent to Allah because of he just being cure from
a dead disease that not because he want to repent, but Allah that sent the disease to him and
Allah also cure him from the disease and Allah also that give hidayah or guidance to him
because only Allan have the hidayah and only Allah can give it to whoever he want.
When people do sin and then he get Hidayah from Allah and really ask for forgiveness from
Allah the sin they do during the past will get forgiveness from Allah.
The tremendous things that happen to believer that ive been seen is hidayah
Allah. In this world we all know the bad people like the one who dont pray to Allah, do sin
everyday dont fasting during ramadhan, these people are to far away from Allah. But when
Allah give hidayah to them means Allah give guidance to them. These people come back to
islam and be more better than other muslim. Like the rock singer and after had gain hidayah
Allah. He stop do all that thing and focus for afterlife. When the believer get hidayah Allah
will clean his/her past sin if he really ask for forgiveness from Allah
In this world not all people can get hidayah from Allah. Just who had been selected by
Allah can get it and who have been selected must be really gratefull because get guidance
from Allah before he died and before he going to hell on the sin he had done on the world
because when he died he cannot repent to Allah. We can see people that at the past is doing
sin and never follow islam teaching and when he get hidayah he really appreciate it and he
could be better than who at the past better than him. When we say that he get hidayah because
hear what the ustaz tell her that is wrong because wh must know that just Allah have hidayah
and only Allah can give it.

WASIAT IN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

When a Muslim dies there are four duties which need to be performed. These are the
payment of funeral expenses, the payment of his/her debts, the execution his/ her will, and the
distribution of the remaining estate amongst the heirs according to Sharia. The Islamic will is
called as Al-Wasiyya in Arabic.
A will is one of the transaction that comes after the testators death. The will is
executed after the payment of the funeral expenses and any debt of the testator finish. The
one who make a will (wasiyya) is called as a testator (al-musi). The one on behalf a will is
made is generally referred to as a legatee (al-musa lahu). Technically speaking the term
testate is perhaps a more accurate translation of al-musa lahu.
The importance of the Islamic will (wasiyya) is clear from the following two hadith:
It is the duty of a Muslim who has anything to bequest not to let two nights pass
without writing a will about it. (Sahih al-Bukhari)
A man may do good deeds for seventy years but if he acts unjustly when he leaves
his last testament, the wickedness of his deed will be sealed upon him, and he will
enter the Fire. If, (on the other hand), a man acts wickedly for seventy years but is just
in his last will and testament, the goodness of his deed will be sealed upon him, and
he will enter the Garden. (Ahmad and Ibn Majah)
The will gives the testator an opportunity to help someone (e.g. a relative need such as
an orphaned grandchild or a Christian widow) who is not entitled to inherit from him. In
country where the intestate succession law is different from Islamic law it becomes absolutely
necessary to write a will.
The will itself in Islam there is no specific wording is necessary for making a will. In
Islamic law the will (wasiyya) can be oral or written, and the most importance is the intention
of the testator must be clear that the wasiyya is to be executed after his death. There should be
two witnesses to the declaration of the wasiyya. A written wasiyya where there are no
witnesses to an oral declaration is valid if it is written in the known handwriting/signature of
the testator according to Maliki and Hambali fiqh.
The wasiyya is executed after the payment of debts and funeral expenses. The
majority view is that debts to Allah (SWT) such as zakh, should be paid whether mentioned
in the will or not. However, there is no differences of opinion on this matter amongst the
Muslim jurists.
Every adult Muslim with reasoning ability has the legal capacity to make a will. An
adult for this purpose is someone who has reached puberty. Evidence of puberty is
menstruation in girls and night pollution (wet dream) in boys. In the absence evidence,
puberty is presumed at the completion at the age of fifteen years.
Under English law you must be at least 18 years old to make a valid will different
with Islamic law. To make the will, the testator must be of sane mind and not in under
compulsion and he must understand the nature and effect of his act. The testator has the right
to revoke his will by a subsequent will, actually or by implication.
4

In traditional Sunni Islamic law the power of the testator is limited in two ways.
Firstly, he cannot bequest more than 1/3 of his net estate unless the other heirs consent to the
bequest or there are no legal heirs at all or the only legal heir is the spouse who gets his/her
legal share and the residue can be bequeathed.
Narrated Sad ibn Abi Waqqas (RA): "I was stricken by an ailment that led me to the
verge of death. The Prophet came to pay me a visit. I said, "O Allah's Apostle! I have
much property and no heir except my single daughter. Shall I give two-thirds of my
property in charity?" He said, "No." I said, "Half of it?" He said, "No." I said, "Onethird of it?" He said, "You may do so, though one-third is also too much, for it is
better for you to leave your offspring wealthy than to leave them poor, asking others
for help..." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahah Muslim, Muwatta, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and
Ibn Majah.)
Secondly, the testator cannot make a bequest in favour of a legal heir under traditional Sunni
Muslim law. However, some Islamic countries do allow a bequest in favour of a legal heir
providing the bequest does not exceed the bequeathable one-third.
Legal heir in this context is one who is a legal heir at the time of death of the testator.
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): Allahs Prophet (SAWS) said, "Allah has appointed for
everyone who has a right what is due to him, and no bequest must be made to an heir. (Abu
Dawud). Similar hadith narrated by Abu Umamah (RA) and reported by Ibn Majah, Ahmad
and others.
Generally speaking, for a bequest to be valid, a legatee must be in existence at the
time of death of the testator except in the case of a general and continuing legatee such as the
poor and the orphan. The legatee must be capable of owning the bequest. Any bequest made
in favor of any legal heir already entitled to a share is invalid under traditional Sunni Muslim
law unless consented to by other legal heirs. An acknowledgement of debt in favor of a legal
heir is valid. Acceptance or rejection of a bequest by the legatee is only relevant after the
death of the testator and not before. Generally speaking once a legatee has accepted or
rejected a bequest he cannot change his mind subsequently.
Then, if the legatee dies without accepting or rejecting the bequest, the bequest
becomes part of the legatees estate according to the Hanafi fiqh because non-rejection is
regarded as acceptance. According to the other three main Sunni madhahib, the right to
accept or reject the bequest passes onto the heirs of the legatee. There is difference of opinion
as to the time at which ownership of a bequest is transferred from the testator (or his heirs) to
the legatee. According to the Hanafi and Shafii fiqh the transfer of ownership is at the time of
death of the testator, according to the Maliki and Hanbali fiqh the transfer of ownership is at
the time of accepting the bequest.
All the Sunni madhahib agree that if the legatee dies before the testator, the bequest is
invalid since a bequest can only be accepted after the death of the testator. If there is
uncertainty as to whether or not the legatee survived the testator, such as a missing legatee,
the bequest is invalid because the legatee must be alive at the time of death of the testator for
the will to be valid. If the testator and legatee die together, such as in an air crash, and it is not
certain who died first, the bequest is invalid according to the Hanafi, Maliki and

Shafii fiqh. But according to the Hanbali fiqh, the bequest devolves upon the legatees heirs
who may accept or reject it.
The executor (al-wasi) of the will is the manager of the estate appointed by the
testator. The executor has to carry out the wishes of the testator according to Islamic law, to
watch the interests of the children and of the estate. The authority of the executor should be
specified. Hanafi and Maliki fiqh state that the executor should be trustworthy and truthful;
the Shafii fiqh state that the executor must be just. The Hanafi fiqh considers the appointment
of a non-Muslim executor to be valid. The testator may appoint more than one executor, male
or female. The testator should state if each executor can act independently of the other
executor(s).
If one starts acting as an executor, one will be regarded as having accepted the appointment,
both in Islamic and in English law. 1
