- Very high level alarm is

of the limit switch inside the local
level gauge;
- Highest level is adjusted by the
turning the adjustable condenser
inside sensor located on the
dome.
When both doors opened activated
immediately:
- Sound alarm;
- Visual alarm;
With time delay 10 sec activated noflow system.
If any suspect of the wrong reading:
1. Disconnect suspicious sensor in
the junction box, connect
calibrated resistance 50 Ohm
instead of sensor.
2. If reading is OK (0C) look for the
problem from sensors side. If
sensor gives reading more then
real T, probably the problem is
not good contact, if less then real
T- check the insulation
resistance of cables.
This system is activated when:
- Both motor room ventilators
stopped;
- Air locks ventilator stopped;
- Both doors in the air locks are
opened more than 10 sec;
- CO2 systems starter boxes for
motor room or control room are
opened;
- ESS-3 emergency switches
activated.
1. Connect the pendant link to the
junction box on the deck;
2. Turn the mode switch in the
position RUN.
3. Push the button Emergency
stop.

1. Change the alarm set point in the


digital Shimaden unit. After
activation alarm return set point
to the previous value.
2. Change the trip set point in the
digital Shimaden unit. Test the
stoppage of the compressors.
After test return set point to the
previous value.

the deck.
2. Simulate overflow alarm by
turning the handle of adjustable
capacitor till light diode is
extinguished. Check the time.
After test return the handle to the
previous position.

water heater, low steam pressure
for steam heater.
2. Test alarm from low T SW
output from water heater, and low
cargo temperature.
1. Connect the portable flexible
hose to the shore connector.
2. Release the air pushing the
button.

1. Open one by one the covers of


all SRU-C type relay devices.
2. Check the DC voltage in the
outputs of the supply units
rectifiers.
3. If voltage less than 15 VDC
replace the condenser 220 mF,
50 V.
