Aviendio : Yes I have a problem. I bought the television about two moth ago but
I have a problem at the picture and sound. The TV have a bad picture
and annoying sound when I turn on the TV.

: Have you tried adjusting the antena ?

Aviendio : Yes, several times.

: Ok. Ill call the engineers to have a look at it.

Aviendio : But egy, my friend bought the same model and exactly the same
problems. I wanna go to the shop and I want a refund.
Egy

: But avien, are you sure the shop have a policy to give refund?

Aviendio : I dont know, If they cannot , I want to meet their manager.
