My daughter Jodi-Ann Fletcher and I request that any and all revenue earned from
this album be given to the University as a contribution to one needy student from a
non-traditional High School who is studying at the Faculty of Medicine, at The
University Of The West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica.

Introduction
This collection of Post Cards are in the main intended for the community of
stakeholders and well wishers of the University Of The West Indies, Mona
Campus, Jamaica. As such it is hoped that :a. The alumni of the university will be able to look back at the paths they
walked, remembering their days on the campus, the dreams and
ambitions they cultivated there, which have contributed to steering
their path through life. Of course it is hoped that they will not only
remember their friends, but also their lecturers who contributed to the
adding of the essential touches of knowledge which they the alumni
have come to value and utilize.
b. The current crop of students, with the home that not only will they
attend their lecturers and pass their examinations, but of equal
importance to value the environment in which they are, it rich history,
its cultural wealth and healthy social and natural environment,
c. To faculty and staff, present and former, with the hope that their
sojourn at this noble institution has blessed their lives with
contentment, that their career aspirations as professionals have been
attained and that they can look back with good memories,
d. To parents who are not alumni of the University of The West Indies,
Mona Campus, Jamaica, it is hoped that these post cards will help you
to see where your children are studying and assure you that they are in
very safe hands and in a safe environment and
e. To well wishers, The University Of The West Indies, Mona Campus, is
more than ready to show by deeds that your best wishes, donations
and contributions to the Campus have been responsibly utilized in
keeping with the mission of the University and in keeping with the best
desires and wishes of its community of stakeholders. These post cards
shows what has been done. Additional post cards will be presented in
volumes 2 and 3, with the hope that they will serve as additional
sources of inspiration.
Please enjoy this small offering as presented from the eyes of a well
wisher, former student and a father of a current student. Post cards
