for traffic. Unit 1 was approaching Unit 2 & 3 E/B in the outside lane. Unit 1
failed to control speed and was unable to stop in a safe distance from Unit 2. Unit
2 was struck from behind and pushed up the bumper of Unit 3. The brake lights
were checked on Unit 2 and were found to be working properly.
