Hello Igor,
sorry for waiting - but we had to consider the need for this requirement at first.
From our point of view it is not necessary to make any changes in authority for cash journal (FBCJ).
The relevant user can use this transaction.
In the basis of authority check I think you want to change table settings.
If so, please see following short documentation of SAP how to change settings of table control.
There is no need to use it as administrator as the authority check determined.
If there are any questions please let me know!
SAP help for user-defined settings:
Table Settings
Use this function to change the settings of a table control. You can
change the width and position of a column (using drag and drop). You can
save the display at any time as a variant by entering a name and
choosing 'Create'.
You can use any variant as your personal 'default setting' for the
transation, or call it just for the current transaction. ('current
setting'). The default setting applies from the next time you call the
transaction.Choose the required variants from teh list boxes. If the
list box only contains the entry 'Basic setting', you must first create
a display variant. You can also define a new variant as the default when
you create it by selecting the corresponding checkbox.The display
defined in the application program ("Basic setting") can always be used
as the default or current setting.
The 'Delete' function allows you to delete any display variant that you
have already created.
Step by step instructions:

Configure the table control as you want it.

Click the settings button at the top of the table control.
Enter a name and chhose "Create".
If you want this variant to appear whenever the table control
appears, set the "Use as default setting" option.
o Choose "Copy" to close the dialog box.
o If you want to change how existing variants are used, or want to
reactivate the basic setting, choose the corresponding settings from
the list boxes and choose 'Copy' to close the dialog box.

Para el tema de las cajas chicas el tema es de autorizaciones, estamos
utilizando el usuario de Karla en desarrollo pero necesitamos sean agregadas
para desarrollo, calidad y productivo adems Karen nos solicita las mismas
autorizaciones para Claudia Cruz y como puedes ver no tiene usuario Karen en
Calidad.
Podras solicitar las autorizaciones/usuario a tu soporte correspondiente?

Estuve revisando y me parece que estabas usando el usario de Karla, ya
verifique junto con Bernice y al usuario le hacen falta demasiadas
autorizaciones como puedes ver en la pantalla de abajo.
La pregunta es:
Solicitamos las autorizaciones y esperamos nos las den para probar en

Desarrollo? O Solicitamos las autorizaciones y al mismo tiempo movemos los
transportes a Calidad para ya probar la configuracin y el layout en SAP?
Por otro lado este es el usuario de Karla (kare), t tienes usuario en el sistema
de Calidad?

Me podras apoyar prestndome tu usuario nicamente para el mandante de
pruebas para verificar le layout ya que hay varias inconsistencias entre lo que
tu ves al ejecutar la transaccin y lo que yo dej configurado, esto para hacer
unas pruebas y mandar la informacin necesaria a basis para que revisen los
permisos otorgados a tu usuario.

Ya verifiqu lo que me comentas, pero en la parte de Caja chica Euros Cash
Receipts no tenemos la opcin de Tipo de cambio y es en realidad donde lo
necesitamos, lo pueden poner por favor???
Y de una vez a la caja chica USD porque pudiera darse el caso de comprar
dlares (posiblemente no) pero para dejarlo con ms configuraciones posibles.
@Oswaldo, puedes checar con la gente de Alemania lo que comenta

Referente a la visualizacin del layout, hay manera de preguntar al basis si es
