Transportation & Installation of FPSO, Middle East

The project involved transporting an FPSO from
Far-East to an Oil Field in the Middle East in the
first phase. The second phase involves installation
of this FPSO nearer to a remote Well-Head
Platform which includes mooring of the same and
installation of umbilical and flexible risers. The
project is valued around INR 133 crore (USD 20
Million) and will be completed in Q4, 2016.

EPCI of WHP Topside modification, Middle East

The project would see Unison for EPCI of Well
Head Platform Topside modification and
installation of riser balcony at the sub-cellar
level. The scope of work would also involve
engineering procurement, fabrication transport
& installation of topside piping, structural
modification work and pre-commissioning of the
risers. The project is valued close to INR 33 Crore
(USD 5 Million) and will be completed in Q3,
2016.
The scope of work include:
Residual engineering
Supply of structural and piping material;
Fabrication of the Deck extension and piping,
inclusive of required painting system;
Installation of riser balcony at Well Head
Platform.

Installation Of Marine Piles & Superstructures For Umm Qasr Jetty-3

Unison has won the EPCIC contract for extension of the Umm Quasar Jetty No.3 at Basrah, Iraq for
HLG/Shell. The project is valued around INR 165 crore (USD 25 million). The project was mobilized in May
2015 and has completed successfully.

Supply of 120 men Accommodation Vessel for Topside Modification

HLG/Shell

was

responsible

for

the

topside modification for which an 120

men

accommodation

vessel

was

required, Unison responded immediately

and was able to provide a vessel as per

the

clients

specifications

and

was

delivered to them within the stipulated

time. Unison was also responsible for the
vessel chartering, supply, maintenance,
and monitoring of the vessel during the
entire life span of the project.

Recovery, Transport & Repair Of SPM Buoy

An SPM Buoy belonging to Cairn India
Limited was damaged and had sunk-in.
The underlying flexible were also damaged
in this process. UGL salvaged the buoy

from the ocean bottom (30 meter depth)

and transported it to UAE for repair. The

project also involved salvaging/recovery of

SPM

buoy,

and

electrohydraulic umbilical. The project was

valued at around US$ 5 Million and was
completed within 2 months of the contract
award date

Another project was awarded by Cairn
India Limited which involved installation of
an SPM Buoy at Bhogat, Gujarat. The
project was valued at around US$ 4 Million
and was completed Summer, 2014. Apart
from the turret type SPM installation, the
work involved installation of 6 mooring
chains,

landfall point and crude oil terminal.
