Our services have recently undergone a change in hierarchy;
moreover, this change has in turn caused the system in place to
generate displacement within our internal structure. Having said that,
Wayne Enterprises will be unable to provide a refund of your damaged
products. The product you have described, although not the one you
ordered, has ample instruction of unpacking said product. This relieves
Wayne Enterprises of negligibility.
Our department has withdrawn your file as a customer with our
services and understands that you are with a premium account. We
highly appreciate the large amounts of business you have provided, as
well as the charity involved with your account. We ask that you
understand our position as a business and continue to buy your
products from us in spite of this issue. To fully resolve your case,
however, we will be sending you the item that you originally
anticipated and ordered. This item will be shipped tomorrow and given
an overnight standing, fully paid, as the item is already overdue for
delivery. If you wish to return this item and receive a refund, this
process can be continued after you receive said item. For future
notice, please take utmost caution while receiving our products
because of the fragile designs associated with most equipment. We at
