parties between the management and its employees in order to produce quality products
to customers. They are united in terms of decision making.
Continual Process Improvement
Nissans never stop in producing quality products. They even have supporting
manufacturing areas like press shop producing panels for the vehicles, plastic shop makes
bumpers and castings shops who makes engines parts. They have their partners in order
to produce a better quality of their products.

Education and training

Employees in Nissan has training in order for them to be competitive. It says that
it is vital to train people to work in such a hi-tech industry with such sophisticated quality
systems. NMUK (Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK ) has different departments
concentrating on training of staffs such as:

plus the required knowledge such as Wiring rules/regulations.
People Development identifying employee needs and ambitions; providing courses to
help personal development such as team building and communication skills.

These only shows that Nissan is conducting training and education for their staffs in order
to be leading in the industry.
Freedom through control
Nissan is involving employees and they encourage employees in decision making,
they train their employees to develop their skills, organizing employees to participative
teams, developing open-channel, multi directional communication systems, placing
quality at the heart of flow production, flexible working practices and providing the
employee variety within his/her role.
Employee involvement and control
Just like freedom through control, Nissan is involving employees in every decision that
they will make, In short, they are open to ideas and suggestions of their staffs and lastly:
Peak performance as a top priority
Its obvious that Nissan is really performing at their highest level to be competitive in the
market.
