Nissan has comprehensive strategic plan in order to be competitive in the market.
They put their vision, mission, objectives and their core values to accomplish their
objectives. They have their own strategy thats why they are leading in the market.
Customer focused
Nissan also focused on the customers needs and wants. They are not just busy
producing total quality products but also knowing customers preferences.
Obsession with quality
The staffs and the employees of Nissan are all aiming for producing quality
products to their customer. The proof is that they are not just contented providing cars
only but also they have focused on their production in terms of body assembly, painting
of the cars and final assembly.
Long term commitment
Nissan succeed because of long term commitment to the products that they have offered
and long term commitment to its customers.

I think Nissans one of the strategies is teamwork. They have the cooperation of both
