words of sentences to arrive at a clear idea. But before a writer

requirements which are to be considered in choosing a style.

Importance of Technical Writing Style
A technical writing style has certain requirements before
it can be achieved by any writer. First, it should be factual in a
way that the ideas are orderly presented through careful
planning and it should be based on facts or there should be
reliable sources of information. It should also be informative. The
writer must assume that the reader is excellent but uninformed.
In this way, he will filter the things he will write and only the
useful information will remain. Other things to consider are
objectivity, concreteness, consistency, dignity and simplicity.
This means, an excellent outcome is achieved if a writer
becomes free from biases, straight to the point, uses words that
are understandable by the reader and uses format or proper
manner of writing.
These qualities of a technical style are essential to the
effective conduction of daily tasks in a way that it helps a lot in

the attainment of goals and targets. It may also build a positive

impression to the writer, it helps in getting a job, it keeps one
who uses proper style on the edge in the workplace and it
improves productivity. It also plays a role in the personal growth
and enhancement of an individuals technical writing skills which
can be used in the business or the organization. Thus, it
contributes to the overall progress of the business.

daily tasks, one will come up with satisfactory performance, The
business environment goes through changes at a certain period
of time so one must be flexible to adapt with the changes and
stay competitive in the market.

Anyone who mastered the technical writing styles
produces a high quality work that develops his self-esteem as he
continues to attain successful works. This could help him grow
as an individual that contributes to the organizations progress.

An organization is composed of individuals. As the
employee develops personal growth, the performance of the
organization improves as well. So when the organization or the
business entity encounters problems, issues and risky situations,
it takes a shorter period of time to come up with an effective
solution.
