Summer training in Geology & Reservoir Department of OIL, Duliajan.

Learnt the basic concept of Petroleum industries like exploration,
reservoir analysis, drilling equipment, work over jobs, GGS etc.
Project on Pressure Transient Analysis of Hydraulically Fractured Tight
Reservoir.
Learnt the basics of pressure buildup test, semi log and log-log
analysis, well stimulation, Skin evaluation etc.
Had basic overview of the CBM project at RIL, including all
development processes like coring, air drilling, cementing, well control,
completion, well testing etc.
Completed project on Hydraulic Fracturing and Progressive
cavity Pump.
Learnt basic knowledge of fracturing i.e. fracturing sand, fracturing
fluid, minifrac job, mainfrac job, fracture analysis, fracturing job and we
also optimized fracture job with the use of FracProPT software.
Learnt basic concepts of PC Pumps i.e. types, installation, running,
mechanism, application, handling, maintenance & problems of PCPs
and created efficiency curve of PCPs & verified it with the use of
production data of well.

Attended PETROTECH ANNUAL CONVENTION CUM NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM, an interaction
program of Students, Young Teachers and Professionals with Nobel Laureates and eminent
National and International Academicians, Scientists, Technologists and Industrialists at ISM
Dhanbad.
Attended and was a part of team Which organized SPE SUB-REGIONAL PAPER MEET-2012, At
ISM Dhanbad. Attended a various interactive programs like paper presentations, case study and
seminars at paper meet.

Qualified IIT-JEE 2010 in the merit list with an All India Rank-4081 among more than 3, 00,000 aspirants.
Gained 16th rank in 10th board examination in GSHSEB with a score of 93.08%.
Acquired 1st prize in Mathematics and 3nd prize in G.K. In All Gujarat Talent Search Exam by GSHSEB
in 2007.
Participated in State Level astronomical Quiz and Attended conference as the only representative of the
school related to recent advancements in physical science at PRL (Physical Research Laboratory)
-Ahmedabad (A branch of ISRO) in 2007.
Won 1st prize in District Level General Knowledge Quiz in 2006.
Won 2nd prize in B-plan competition in SRIJAN-2011.

EXTRA CURRICULAR AND NON-ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES:
Launched (online+Printed) The First Entrepreneurial cum engineering Magazine of ISM named
UDBHAV with the help of Team Genesis and Proud to be the only Designer of that magazine.
Working with SPRINGTIDE, NGO for youth awareness (recently completed 1 year), to develop a youth
magazine, as a designer of that magazine. (we recently published our first book named kaleidoscope)
I was a part of the team which organized SPE SUB-REGIONAL PAPER MEET-2012, At ISM Dhanbad. I was
co-coordinator for the main event that is PAPER Presentation -2012 of India-Bangladesh Region.
Was one of the coordinator as well as a participant in ISM zone of National Case study competition on the
subject of Energy sustained India organized under the banner of ACE (Amazing Champions of Energy) by
CAIRN India Ltd..
Was a coordinator & co-coordinator of E-summit in CONCETTO in 2012 and 2011 respectively, organized
various events like B-plan competition, case study under the banner of E-summit.
Was a part of the organizing team of free style paper presentation competition of PETROGAIA in CONCETTO2011 .
I was a chapter executive of the SPE ISM student chapter, which won golden chapter award after organizing
many events like guest lectures, case studies, paper presentations, quiz etc.
