1. KPI(s)
- The primary goal, understandably, oscillates between volume and
conversions.
o The metrics defining these are volume: clicks, CTR, CPCs (in a
way), and GA sessions.
o The metrics defining conversions are Conversions, conversion
rate, and GA conversions.
- Since taking over the account in February, weve moved back and forth
between the above goals, but weve been honing in on our most
profitable strategy. (Happy to talk through the below/attached on the
call)

*Note* A big, recent change (in the last 2 weeks) has been to exclude
irrelevant sites from our Remarketing campaign placements. The hope is to
save money, increase CTR and conversion rates, and not take too much of a
hit in overall GA metrics.

Final Thoughts: The 3 month plans for both FC and Quote FX are the same in that
we are aiming to get the accounts up and fully functioning in the next month or two.
Then, in the third month we should aim to implement new bigger picture strategies
and capitalize on those while the solid structure of the account provides consistent
performance. That said, Quote FX will need more work to get to a solid state than
FC.
