Executive Summary
In the era of technology, people are much more concerned about time saving
facilities along with the convenience factor. So, in accordance to fulfil all their needs,
people are going towards the services that offer them best and satisfactory solutions.
If a service is very frequently used by quite a good number of people, then there are
the chances of competitors coming in the market. People then have to choose the
best accordingly.
Earlier customers have to go to various stores to see and select the products which
take a lot of time. Product comparison in various stores by visiting places takes a lot
of time. Before going to the stores, customers dont know if they would be getting the
desired product or not. But they have the guarantee of the hand and feel of the
product.
In online stores, customers can browse various stores by just sitting at one place and
can customise the product according to their needs. They can enter their
requirements and can find the exact product of the desired brand. Moreover, the
websites provide them with alternatives depending upon their choice. Customers
know that at least they can find their product in one or the other website without
getting up from their chairs.
The purpose of this project is to compare the stores available on the Internet and
those located at various places. The selected product ADIDAS MEN BREEZE M , is
compared in the online stores www.bestylish.com and www.yebhi.com. Also, it is
compared between the physical stores, Touristor and Planet Sports. The factors on
which these are compared are the main key points which mainly the customer
requires. The comparison then takes place between the online stores and the
physical stores which includes their services, advantages and disadvantages with
respect to each other.

The days of returning the product are around 30-100days unlike the physical
store. In physical store the product has to be returned by 7/10 days or they
wont take the product back.

The reasons for not preferring the online store (bestylish & Yebhi) are:
