wrapping coating, LHS etc
Preparation of Welder ID and issue various QC documents as per Client specification and get approval from the client
Conduct Welding TBT to welders and supervisors also discuss the steps to avoid non-conformities, higher repair rates etc.
Review of ITP/WPS/PQR/WQT/MTC, witness and certification of welding procedures and
welders qualification tests and witness of laboratory mechanical tests.

Maintains inspection records in a manner, which allows all personnel concerned get access to results.
Compiles all inspection records in accordance with agreed method to combine them or allow reference in the
system testing before handover.

Conducts incoming material inspections in coordination with Warehouse/Material Manager

Ensures that testing equipment/instruments are properly calibrated before use.

Clearance of pre and post punch lists.

Familiar with interpretation of piping isometrics and support drawings

Familiar with various testing like hydraulic test, pneumatic test, PMI, SR, Holiday test etc.
