Environment in Human Resource Management

Environment comprises all those forces that have its bearing on functioning of several
activities involving human resource activities. Environment scanning allows human Resource
manager become proactive towards environment that has been featured through change along
with intense competition. HR management has been performed in 2 kinds of environments i.e.
internal along with external.
Those have been the forces internal towards the company. Internal forces have profound
influence on the Human Resource functions. Internal environment of the Human Resource
Management is inclusive of the unions, organizational culture along with conflict, professional
bodies, organizational goals, polices and many more.
External environment involves forces such as economic, political, technological, and
demographic and many more these exert considerable influence on the Human Resource
Management.
