Question 2
Keval Bharat Tanna
Steve Jobs once famously quoted that Everybody should know how to program a
computer because it teaches you to think. Today, after working for three years
in Atos India, I find this quote extremely profound and true. In conjunction with
my interests and view of the bustling IT environment, I too want to participate
and be a significant contributor to this revolution that is taking place.
My current role as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant in the AkzoNobel project has
been a tremendous learning experience. My team has not only worked with 800+
servers, its UI & database but also functioned as a part of the Bridge that
collaborates with different teams to resolve a problem in the least amount of
time. During this project, I had several opportunities to interact with the client
directly. It helped me to understand the problem from their perspective, and
come up with an innovative solution to the existing problem. I drafted these
solutions for future use; that reduced the response time to a problem and
increased the efficiency of the entire team. Leading from the front, I took
ownership in training the new team members. This role was well appreciated by
the client, and this paved the way for my second promotion within 18 months.

completing my graduate course. Looking forward to being a part of the
intellectually stimulating environment and hope you will find me deserving and
credible student for your renowned University.
