Analysis and Reflection:

If the students are in good classroom management
by the teachers, the students will learn very well because
of its good ambiance and set up. Having a classroom
management makes a teaching and learning process fun
and effective because classroom management makes
control of the behaviour of the student. And in classroom
management the seating arrangement of the student
should not be arrange according to family name but
instead they should be mixed so that students with slow
learning capabilities will be motivated by the fast
learners. As a future teacher I realize that we should
always consider the fact that all students are
homogenous, we should always give them the
appropriate instructions depending on this skills and
capabilities.

OBSERVATION REPORT:
In seventeen hours duration of my observation I
have discover many things that is necessary for me to
know as a future educator. I have observed that it is the
students nature to be naughty, inattentive, and lazy and
it is because of various reasons. But for me, the main
reason is they are not motivated well by their parents.
They are not monitored by their parents, if they doing
good or misbehaving in school. Parents have a big role in
the development of childs learning because they should
be encouraging their child in doing good things, like
studying well and behaving well.
I have also observe that environment or the
people who are around to a child have a big impact to the
childs behaviour and interest in learning because a child
is doing or imitating what he see from others especially to
the adults around him. And because they are not mature
enough because they are in the transition stage they
cannot distinguish if the thing or behaviour they follow is
good or bad. So I believe that teachers role as a second
parent of the students is very crucial, that they should
monitor the attitude of the student and the teachers
should not only focus on the skills and learning
development but also give time to monitor on the
behaviour of the students that they adopt from their
environment.
I must say that teacher and parents has a big
responsibility in shaping childs behaviour and childs
learning. As a teacher we should always consider the
different skills, attitude, and capabilities of every student
and make appropriate teaching methodologies that best
suits to the child or the student and this would help him
to become a useful person in the community someday.

What is the importance of using varied a) methods and strategies,

b) instructional materials, and c) assessment tools?
This are very important in teaching and Learning process
because methods and strategies are useful to teachers for
them to became effective and also Instructional materials

are important because this can assist or help the teacher in

giving a more clear instructions, so that the students will
understand deeply the lesson that tackle. Assessment tools
are also necessary because this used by teachers to
measure the students rate of learning and by this teachers
can make a motivation factor to encourage students to
work hard and do their best.

The Schools Learning Resources

Library
Textbooks This instructional material are used by the
students to have some research, make a review on the
previous topic, and this is used by teachers in giving
learning tasks.
Computer This is use to make some research and this
is use to encode research and some pers that are used
in teaching and learning process.
Audio-Visual Room
This place is used by the teachers conduct some
dance class and this is use by the students to have
their practice. This room also is use for seminars,

Home Economics Room

This is the place where students learn about

some technology and livelihood program like Bread and
Pastry Productions and Cookery, where they have an
experiential learning because the teacher taught the
students to have hands on training lessons.
Bulletin Board Display

As I look around the school premises, there many bulletin of

different department and school groups. The displays of the
bulletin are somehow informative but some of the bulletins are
not eye-catchy because its old and the displays are not renewed. I
think the bulletin should always be change according to time or
season so that it will be presentable and the students who pass
by the bulletin will have an interest to see the postings or
displays. The Design of the bulletin should not be over decorated;
the decorations should have 2-3 colours and materials that will be
used.

Utilization of Teaching Aids

Pictures
This is useful to teachers
because of this students will
understand more and can see what it
is look like for familiarization
purposes.

Chalkboard
This is commonly used
by teachers to give instructions.
This can be used anytime by the
teachers, even without the
presence of electricity.

Printed Materials ( Textbook)

This said as the foundation of classroom instruction.

Because this is used by teachers as basis of their instructions. And
