Particulars / documents
Details of Land Area with Proof of possession of land enclosed
Details of Technology to be used provided for each item
Details of plants of MW size working anywhere for more than one year
on ST technology and for more than 2 years on Solar PV technology
provided; along with its performance
Whether Proof of tied up with State Transmission Utility (STU) for
evacuation of power from the proposed plant to Grid, provided
Copy of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provided, if applicable.
(PPA is not required in case project is being set up under REC scheme)
Whether Chartered Accountants Certificate on the estimated project
cost, is enclosed, along with detailed break-up of project cost
Whether the BoM is duly signed by the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) of the project or an authorized signatory of the project company
Whether the BoM is duly certified by the empanelled Chartered
Engineer and its Stamp / Member No. and date is also given.
Whether the BoM is duly recommended & signed by the State Govt.
Deptt./Designated Agency/SNA with office Seal
Whether Detailed Project Report (DPR) is enclosed
Whether copy of EPC Contract/Agreement is provided, if applicable.
Whether SLD (Single Line Diagram) / Detailed Drawings with
justification of requirement of cable; Module mounting structures,
Poles, Inverter, Transformers, etc., are enclosed
Whether SLD or approved drawings for injection point and
metering, have been provided
Whether copy of SLSC approval or in principle approval of the
concerned authority in the State, is provided. This is applicable in case
the plant is installed under REC Mechanism
Whether the SPD has given Undertaking as required in M/o Finance
OM No.354/263/2011-TRU dt.08.11.2011 & MNREs OM
dt.21.12.2011
[If the contractual obligation for installing Transmission Lines /
equipment up to the Point of Delivery is cast on the Solar Power
Developers (SPD)]
Two Affidavits with self-certification only - one each for Excise Duty
