Honorable Dolly Ebol,
My warmest felicitation!
Ayala Central School Sped Center has been recently concluded as the Regional Winner of
Brigada Escuela 2016 (Exceptional Category) in the Elementary level. Parents, Teachers, pupils,
the Barangay Council and other important stakeholders contributed much to the success of this
event. So as part of the ACSSC Faculty, I am happy to serve the School, the parents, my beloved
pupils and the community. To prove and maintain the quality of Education that ACSSC has and
its Title as the Best Sped Center by 2015 and beyond, We, Teachers should be equipped with
knowledge and skills to give the best to our pupils.
But due to lack of learning resources and facilities, we cannot assure that pupils will
experience the 21st century way of learning. We need your help to be able to provide the need of
these learning resources such as LED television and speakers where pupils can actively learn and
engage in a technology and media-based integrated classroom which suits the kind of learners we
have in this generation as of Deped Order No. 6 series of 2010. Teachers have been highly
creative in the use of television in the classroom as one of the learning resources and perceive it
to have contributed to significant learning gains in our students.
The passage of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 requires that instructional resources
must demonstrate evidence of effectiveness. As a result, scientifically-based research has proven
that using Television and other forms of media in the classroom has been deemed effective in the
success of teaching and learning process. According to educator surveys and research, educational
television reinforces reading and lecture materials, Aids in the development of a common base of
knowledge among students, Enhances student comprehension and discussion, Provides greater
accommodation of diverse learning styles, Increases student motivation and enthusiasm, and Promotes
teacher effectiveness all throughout the teaching process.
It is for this reason, that I am appealing for your generosity and include you as one of our
classroom project supporters. I know that you have the heart for Education and willing to be a part of
every learners success towards the future. You can support our classroom projects which will be greatly
appreciated by making a monetary donation in any amount. In acknowledgement of your support, we will
place a tarpaulin at the entrance of our classroom listing the names of our project supporters and other
sponsors, as well as list your names on our schools FB Page.
