Software Version 2.06 has been released for the Model 110 and Model 115. Version 2.06 includes the
following operational updates:

• Display 2, 3 LED when operating in Lean Recovery Mode

• Continue to operate exhaust fan after blocked flue shutdown and continue to display 2, 3 LED
• Improve blocked flue shutdown process
• Improve thermocouple signal filtering to work with noisy power systems
• Permit burner drive operation with failed igniter
• Display feed wheel error (8 LED) prior to shutdown in order to permit manual clearing of feed wheel
obstruction
• Improve fuel tables to increase operating range (lower level 1 – higher level 8) and to account for
differences between the Model 110 feeder wheel and the Model 115 feeder wheel
• Increase feed rate if lean combustion is detected (Lean Recovery Mode)
• Revise wood pellet fuel table (Fuel B) to improve fire aesthetics
• Add data logging capability to BixCheck
• Add convection fan operating parameters to BixCheck
• Add startup operating parameters to BixCheck
• Add ability to use “Built-in Software” for Downloader
• Add “Ash Dump Process Indication” by blinking control board LED
• Add ability to clear “Igniter Fault Indication” by opening ash drawer or firebox door
• Reduce convection fan noise at lower heat levels

Bixby Energy is updating the current factory Model 115 stove inventory from Version 2.02 to Version 2.06. It
is recommended, but not imperative that your inventories be updated as well. When servicing a customer’s
stove, the software can be updated at the technician’s discretion. However, no warranty service call fees will be
credited for software updates only.

In order to update the Model 110 and Model 115 stoves, “unzip” the attached file to an appropriate directory on
your PC and run the executable file. The PC-to-Stove interface cable (P/N 4000684) can be purchased from
Bixby Energy. The BixCheck User’s Guide is also attached for your reference.
