Dataran Emas Realty Sdn. Bhd. was established in July 2012 as a private limited company under
Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Dataran Emas Realty Sdn. Bhd. is one of the reputable
developers and also known as DER. Our company are fully managed by Bumiputera. Our
company located at Jalan Serai Wangi H16/H, Alam Avenue Seksyen 16 (Padang Jawa) 40200
Shah Alam Selangor. There are several previous project that have been completed such as small
scale residential projects at Kelantan in 2012 and at Johor in 2013. The goal of our company is to
be one of developer companies in Malaysia that admired and develop luxury property to
Malaysian as well as others country citizen. With a motto, Better Place For The Future DER
now involving with several residential and commercial development in flamboyant locations
over Malaysia country. This company has over 30 staffs with professional team who are
committed and accountable. We always strive hard to achieve excellence in our works and
believe that teamwork is one of the importance key to perfection. As a proof, with commitment

Hasifi bin Mahdi received his early education at the Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuching.
After graduating from UiTM, hr won a Shell Scholarship to do his Degree in Accounting
and Economics at the University of Kent, United Kingdom. He was awarded the
Associate Member of International Accountants, U.K. and has worked in several
companies as Administration & Accounts Manager. He has more than a decade of
experience marketing industrial fuels and lubricants and managing distribution channels
for Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and managing his own personal business ventures
on properties and real estates. He is also a member of FIABCI (Federation
Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers", translates as,
"International Real Estate Federation Malaysia) and Malaysian Institute of Estate agent
since 2012. Due to his 5 years involvement in real estates and properties, His biggest
ambition is to establish his own company. He has a mission to recognize him name in
the field of real estate and properties in addition to raising the name of his company.

experience in the banking industry. She joined the Maybank Malaysia Berhad in 1995
and served in various capacities including secondments to the Bank's branches in
London, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2010, she was appointed as Executive
Director/Deputy Chief Executive of the Maybank Malaysia Berhad.
She was appointed to the Board of PancaIndera on 2 nd October 2007 and was
subsequently appointed as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman on 10th June 2008. Her
current directorships in other public companies include Sunway City Berhad, MultiPurpose Holdings Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad. She attended all of the 2 Board Meetings
held in the financial year.

Technology of Mara. She has more than 10 years of experience in International
Business Development, being the Malaysian affiliate of the Larive Group BV,
Netherlands. The company specialises in market research and business development.
She is the Executive Chairman of Enersave Water Sdn Bhd, a water and wastewater
treatment company based in Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. She is also the
Executive Chairman of CYBinaharta Sdn Bhd, a property development company with
projects in Kuala Lumpur. She was appointed to be a Board of Dataran Emas Realty on
9 August 2012.

He joined the company in 2012 and was appointed as account and finance manager of

obtained a Master of Financial Administration from University of Edinburgh, United

He had a lot of working experience after graduate when he started work at construction
company, Golden Sharar as accountant in Kelantan from 2005 to 2007. Then he had
moved to consultant company, Jurutera Perunding Nusa Sekutu as senior accountant
from 2008 to 2011. Starting from 2012, he joined Dataran Emas Realty, Developer
Company as accountant and financial director until present. Today he was the one that
responsible to manage the company account and financial in order to ensure Dataran
Emas Realty account and financial in stable condition.

company, Bina Selalu Sdn. Bhd. as Site Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur from 2008 to 2009.
After one year working in that company he got promoted to become an assistance
construction until 2010. Then he had moved to construction company, Lagenda
Bumiputera 20 Sdn. Bhd. as Site Engineering from 2010 to 2012. Starting from 2012, he
joined Dataran Emas Realty Sdn. Bhd., Developer Company as project management
until present.
