Initially, Hi Impact was recruiting across the industries like Media, Engineering, BPO, Pharma
etc. apart from Healthcare. Incidentally, we got an opportunity to work with Fortis, NOIDA as
its first healthcare client, when no Hospital used to hire through consultants and mostly hiring
was done through Medical Superintendent only.
In 2013 we completely shifted our focus from all other industries to Healthcare only as we
realized that it is a recession free industry and demand for doctors was far outstripping the
supply of doctors in market.

Consultants availability/quality/location/pricing for packages/procedures and other

Responsibilities of Jalidhealthy:
To Provide a webpage/microsite on the sub-domain of Jalidhealthy
To List the Packages Provided by Hospitals
A dedicated team of Jaldihealthy who would help the Hospitals in managing their
content or any queries related to the portal on 24X7 basis vis-a-vis ensure the
Appointments, Data Backups, Confidentiality etc.
A Team of Offline (around 50 Sales Personnel) and Online (around 50 Sales Personnel)
who would guide (under the supervision of Medical Professional) the User/Patients for
making decision.
Jaldihealthy would publicize/market the Microsite/Webpage of Hospitals and its
Listed Packages online/offline
Jaldihealthy would share a detail MIS on monthly basis to settle all the transactions.

Responsibilities of Partner Hospitals:


Hospitals shall define a package (Standard Surgeries) and timeline for delivering
healthcare services and dissemination of reports or publishing its reports on/through
Jaldihealthy portal for the reference of customers.
Hospitals shall also define the timelines for customized surgeries/procedures
Hospitals shall also separately list exclusive package charges for Jaldihealthy.
Such package charges must be comprehensive, fair, understandable and inclusive of all
taxes or any other Pricing/charges or discount (if any).
Any revision in the Pricing schedule will be submitted to Jalidhealthy at least 7 days
prior to the effective date. Jalidhealthy will scrutiny the rates and decide about
acceptance of the same. The decision will be conveyed to the Hospitals at the earliest.
Provider shall share all the health record of intended or acquired customers through
online EMR/EHR i.e. electronic medical records/electronic health records or email with
Jalidhealthy
