INTISARI
Sistem pemasangan jaringan pipa distribusi gas adalah suatu kegiatan
membangun sarana/jaringan perpipaan yang menyalurkan fluida berupa gas.
Pemasangan jaringan pipa distribusi gas ini memanfaatkan sumber gas alam yang ada.
Pada studi pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pelaksanaan konstruksi
pemasangan pipa distribusi gas, penggunaan alat-alat dan bahan-bahan.
Pelaksanaan konstruksi pemasangan pipa distribusi gas berpedoman pada
metode pekerjaan konstruksi pipa distribusi gas, metode pabrikasi dan metode
pemasangan pipa dan penimbunan pipa yang telah direncanakan pada proyek. Pada
pelaksanaan di lapangan terdiri dari pekerjaan survei, penanganagan pipa, pengangkutan
pipa, penjajaran pipa, pengelasan, r a diogr a phy/non destr uctive testing(NDT), field joint
coa ting, holida y test, lowering/penurunan pipa, proteksi katodik, ba ckfilling, hydr otest,
r einsta tement, dan commissioning.
Hasil studi analisis pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi pemasangan pipa
distribusi gas telah sesuai dengan teori dan metode-metode yang direncanakan.
Penggunaan alat dan bahan pada pelaksanaan konstruksi pemasangan pipa distribusi gas
telah sesuai dengan jadwal dan kebutuhannya.

ABSTRACT
System installation of gas distribution pipelines is an activity to build
facilities/pipeline network that channels gaseous fluid. Installation of gas distribution
pipeline network utilizes existing natural gas resources. In this implementation study
aims to analyze the implementation of the method of construction of gas distribution
pipelines, use of tools and materials.
The construction of the gas pipeline distribution based on the method of gas
distribution pipeline construction, fabrication methods, and methods of installation of
pipe and pipe piling that has been planned in the project. In the implementation of the
field consists of survey work, penanganagan pipeline, transporting pipe, pipe alignment,
welding, radiography/non destructive testing (NDT), field joint coating, holiday test,
lowering/ decrease in pipe, cathodic protection, backfilling, hydrotest, reinstatement, and
commissioning.
The results of an analytical study on the implementation of the construction of
gas distribution pipelines in accordance with the theories and methods planned. The use
of tools and materials in the construction of gas distribution pipelines in accordance with
the schedule and needs.
