PRE NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT is made, executed and entered into by:
PATRICK HENRY T. CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal address

MARIA CECILIA C. REYES, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at ____________________.
WITNESSETH:
1. That the parties hereto are about to enter into a contract of marriage, tentatively to take place

2. That they hereby mutually agree that their property relations as future spouses shall be under
the regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF PROPERTIES during the marriage;
3. That all the property, real and personal, NOW owned or HEREAFTER to be owned by the
future wife MARIA CECILIA C. REYES, shall remain to be her own exclusive and separate
property, subject to her sole disposition, administration and enjoyment, while those of the future
husband, PATRICK HENRY T. CRUZ, shall likewise remain to be his own absolute ownership,
disposition and administration.
4. That all the earnings from any profession, business or industry shall likewise belong to each
future husband and wife;

This agreement shall take effect upon the celebration of the marriage.
