TheFederationofEngineersofMJCisdedicatedtothepromotion,inspiration,and
developmentofstudentsinterestinengineeringbyprovidingafun,creative,andeducational

SectionI:ThenameofthisModestoJuniorCollegeStudentOrganizationshallbeThe

Membership

SectionI:MembershipisavailabletoanycurrentlyenrolledModestoJuniorCollege
studentwithaninterestinEngineering.

SectionII:HonorarylifetimemembershipwillbeextendedtoallFMJCfoundersand
officers,bothpastandfuture.

SectionIII:InaccordancewiththeClubCharterPacketoftheAssociatedStudentsof
ModestoJuniorCollege,theactivemembershipofFEMJCshallconsistofa
minimumoftencurrentlyenrolledModestoJuniorCollegestudents.

FEMJC.

oftheFEMJCfollowingtheirproposal.TheFEMJCshallthenconductaformal
voteontheproposedamendment.

SectionIII:Allamendmentsshalltakeeffectimmediatelyfollowinga3/4majorityvoteof
theactivemembershipoftheFEMJC.

ClauseA:ExecutiveauthorityshallbevestedinthePresidentwhoshallbe
responsiblefortheenforcementofallFEMJCrulesandregulations.
ClauseB:TheExecutiveOfficersoftheEngineeringClubshallserveasthe
membershipoftheExecutiveBoard.
ClauseC:TheExecutiveBoardshallberesponsiblefortheplanning,budgeting,
implementation,coordination,andevaluationofallFEMJCfinance,
operations,andactivities.

SectionII:President

ClauseA:ThePresidentshallserveastheChairofallFEMJCmeetings
andshallpreparetheagendaforallmeetingsatwhichhe/shepresides.
ClauseB:ThePresidentshallrepresentFEMJCatalltimesand
placeswheresuchrepresentationisrequiredorrequested.
ClauseC:ThePresidentshallmakeappointmentstoallClubCommitteeswhen
necessary,andserveasanexofficiomemberofallClubCommittees,andbe

SectionI:OrdersofSuccession

ClauseA:ShouldthePresidentresignorberemovedfromofficetheorderof
successiongoesasfollows:VicePresident,InterClubCouncilRepresentative,
Treasurer,Secretary,andthenthePublicRelationsOfficer.
ClauseB:UpontheresignationorremovalofthePresident,thenextinlinein
theorderofsuccessionshall,ifthepositionofPresidentbeaccepted,assume
thepositionofPresident.ThisprocesswillcontinueuntiltheofficeofPresident
isfilled.Shouldthepositionremainvacantaftertheconclusionofthisprocess,
theAdvisorshallassumethedutiesofthePresidencyuntiltheactive
membershipofFEMJCcanelectanewPresident.

ClauseA:Allactiveclubmembersmaybenominatedtoholdoffice.The
