CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Proficient in electron, photon 3D, 4D, IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT treatment planning using
Philips Pinnacle treatment planning system, performing image fusion, contour, and transfer
using MIM, and documentation and record maintenance using Mosaiq.

Extensive experience in treatment planning for special protocols, including pulsed low dose
rate GBM, hypo-fractionated lung SBRT, hippocampus sparing whole brain VMAT, adaptive
prostate and H&N planning, VMAT planning for breast with level I, II, III, supraclavicular, and
internal mammary lymph nodes, etc.

Substantial experience with intensity modulated proton therapy (IMPT) treatment planning
using RayStation 4.8, and brachytherapy treatment planning using Oncentra MasterPlan.

Competent with dose calculation, electron block fabrication, and treatment planning exports.

Experience in assisting treatment machine weekly, monthly, and annual QA, CT simulator
monthly QA, patient simulation, treatment delivery, IMRT QA, VMAT ArcCheck QA, and
SRS Winston-Lutz QA.
