Shweihat.
Witness of R.O.W, stringing, bending according to project specification. For 28 pipeline.
Ensuring & implementation of project quality plan (PQP), (QIP) and (QCP).
Review of the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
as per specifications and standards for different materials.
Review of Welder Qualification Test as per ASME SEC IX and review NDT reports.
Material inspection of all incoming material se per drawings and project specification.
To Inspect Piping A/G & U/G in Accordance with ISO Metric and plot plan.
Control of Welding Material (Electrode, Filler Wire) Baking of Low Hydrogen Electrode.
Witness of fabrication, erection of all piping material CS, SS, low alloys and LTCS according to
approved ISO metric, P&ID, plan & specification.
To Check Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), witness of Hardness Test (HT) Carbon Steel (CS)
NDE, PWHT, Planning and Control.
Review complete test packages and prepare punch list pre and post test.
Witness of Hydro Test, Leak Test & Pneumatic Test U/G & A/G Piping Cleaning, Flushing / Air
Blowing Commissioning & Chemical Cleaning and reinstatement.
Preparation of Handing Over Dossiers, Manufacturing Data Records and Project Data Books.
In charge for Planning, Execution, Control and Supervision of all activities like Pre
commissioning,Commissioning and De-commissioning, Cleaning, Gauging, Flooding ,Pneumatic
testing, Flushing, Pressure testing, Dewatering, Caliper pigging, Vacuum drying, Air Drying,
Nitrogen Drying, Nitrogen Purging and Packing of pipeline of different material like, SS, CS in
compliance with Project specification, International codes and Project HSE plan.
Responsible for the overall Quality control of all the construction activities at offshore location /
Site.
Checking (ISO Bill of material, Color coding, stamping)
Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
Stage wise Inspection as per Qc plan structure: like material identification, Fit-up, Weld visual, NDT
clearance, Dimensions and level check and mechanical clearance.
Note the Corrosions/Paintings, pitting, welding defect etc Maintaining of latest project specification,
ITP s, procedures and drawings.
Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS
Review of approved WPS and PQR.
Witness of welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test. Review of received
filler and consumable Test Certificate (TC).
Monitoring of consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as per project
approved procedure.
Monitoring of Pre heat, Inter pass temperature and inter pass cleaning as per WPS.
Visual inspection of welded joint profile, surfacefinish and defects.
Preparation of joints for NDE as per required Inspection Class.
Verification of weld repair work.
Coordinated and communicated with fabrication supervisor, fitters, welders and inspection personnel
Coordinating with Third Party (BV) for field inspection
Monitoring & follow up of Quality documents as per ISO standards.
Familiar with Welding processes as GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.
