One Time Master Creation

Warehouse Master:
The warehouse is created by entering a warehouse
code, identification, name, address details, selling unit,
dimension unit, length, width, height, operation timings
of the warehouse.
Optional
Door Master:
The door is created by entering the
door code,name,warehouse code
and name,dimension
unit,length,height of the door.

Bay Master:
The bay is created by entering code,
name, identification, warehouse
name and code.

Putaway Zone Master:

The putaway zone is created by entering a code, name,
warehouse code and name,select the storage area and
type for the product, enter the door code and
name,default receiving and delivery location for this
zone.

Rack Master:
The rack master maintains the rack details by entering
rack code and name, warehouse code and name, bay
code and name. The rack details include the number of
sides, number of columns, number of levels,
identification of the rack and the level details.

Location Types

Location Generation:
Enter the location details, properties, dimension, get the
rack details and the sample location .Generate the
location.

Location Types

Rack location:
Enter the Warehouse, Storage Type,Storage Area,
Properties, Dimension and Rack - details can be
pulled LOV, Side pulled from Drop down list. Click
on Get Rack Detail button.

Block location/Open location

Enter the Warehouse, Storage Type,
Storage Area, Properties, and No. of
Locations, etc.
WMS Location Master:
The allocated locations can be queried in the list tab of
this master and modifications can be done in the details
tab.

Customer Master:
Customer can be created using ,customer for
approval then updates can be made in Customer
Master.

Trader Master:
The details of the buyer, seller and transporter will be
created and maintained.

Regular Updates-Customer

Customer Details
Once the customer is created, zones are allocated to the
customer for storage of their SKU.
More than one location can be allocated for a customer.

SKU Master
Enter the customer details in the header level and create a
SKU, SKU pack details in the SKU pack detail screen.

SKU Upload
Whether SKU need to update for any customer, download
the excel format then upload the same, then details can
be viewed in SKU Master

Contract
Customer /Agent agreement rates are updated
in the contract which will be updated for certain
period of time.

Transaction Flow

Advance Shipping Note (ASN)

Once the SKU received/ informed to be received in the
warehouse, Advance Shipping Note will be provided
for the SKU.

Reserve Order
It is used to reserve the SKU by the customers through
web for product delivery which is updated in the
package automatically.

Shipment Order
Once the SKU is delivered as requested by the
customer, Shipment order will be provided for that SKU.

Reports
Right click reports can be generated for
each transaction.
