Warranty: Warranty is provided by respective manufacturer and not by us.

Our motors are warranted for any inherent manufacturing defects for a period
of 12 months from the date dispatch. Warranty is only against manufacturing
defects and not against improper handling of product or any other reason. Our
warranty is void if motor is opened by a person not authorized by us during
the warranty period. During warranty period if motor / a part of motor is
required to be taken to our works / service station, you will bear all the
expenses towards freight, insurance, octroi, handling charges (to and fro) etc.
Decision from manufacture regarding warranty claim shall be final and binding
to you. Transit damage is not covered under warranty. During warranty
period, standby motor is not provided for any reasons whatsoever. Warranty
is limited to rectification and resolution of the problem and any production loss
or any other loss whatsoever due to improper functioning / non functioning of
the product is not covered under warranty.
Validity: Our offer is valid till 18.01.2016 unless withdrawn prior to that. After
which it will be subject to our confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to
revise any / every terms of this offer after the validity date.
Scope: Our scope of supply is only Bare Motor.
