BAC exceeds a certain level, the IID prevents the engine from getting started.

an average, the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) in hardcore drunk drivers was found to be 0.15.

The DUI-related fatalities in 2007 and 2008 were 12,998 and 11,773 respectively. This figure of

their life was 10,839.
