Narrative of weekly experiences

At the first day of my On Job Training , off

course I feel so nervous but I need to be
independent and I need to have a self- confidence
so that it will be easy for me to face the different
kind of guests who dine in the restaurant where I
am trained in. At first restaurant super supervisor
Sir Marvin Rodriguez oriented us all about the
restaurant rules and regulations that we need to
follow. In my first day of duty I assigned on Bar
Station thats why I need to learn to make different
kinds of drinks like shakes, fresh juices and other
desserts thats why I need to thank Kuya Cyril for
teaching me how to do that. Off course its not that
all in the other day other staff thought me on how
to take orders in the guests. Its been hard for me
but as the time pass I gradually learned. When I
am the opener of the store I am the one who clean
and arrange the different things inside the store
sometimes I assigned in kitchen all I need to do is
to help the cook and other people inside the
kitchen and sometimes I help to chop other
ingredients and make sure the weight of other
ingredients that they need to use in preparing the
foods. In that On-the-Job training I experienced a
lot of things I learned how to be independent I
gained a lot of confidence and a lot of self- esteem
and I already learned how to deal with other people
and with different kind person like, rich, artist,
politics and some other who have a higher position

in there company and even the easy to get mad

person. I learned to be more patience person. Im
thankful to the Hap Chan family because they
treated us like a true co-worker.
