REQUEST LETTER FOR TEACHERS JOB TRANSFER

Subject: Letter for Job Transfer

Dear Sir:
This letter is to inform you that I am currently working as an Elementary
Teacher in Caningag Elementary School Caraga, Davao Oriental. I want to
continue my job and my teaching record is good as well.
I do possess effective teaching skills and still eager to learn more with
regards to my profession. Kindly, I want your office to shift my teaching
assignment from Caningag Elementary School, Caraga, Davao Oriental to
Limot Elementary School, Tarragona, Davao Oriental due to the following
reasons:
1) The proximity of my recent job location is too far from my home at
Matiao Mati City and my family as well;
2) I had experienced triple (3) surgical operations in the past;
3) I have two (2) young children and no one will look after them when Im
at my workplace;
4) I pity my children when they need to travel long hours to be with me.
It would be a great favor if you consider my request regarding this matter; as
such a transfer would be beneficial for my childrens well-being.
