I have translated from my perspective, anybody is welcome to correct it if you

think it don't match the chinese version.
The Gold spirit in the classics refer to Daymaster Nayin Metal with flow to Nayin
Fire to qualify.
The Gold Spirit refers to these three pillars of Yi Chou Ji Si and Gui You

Reference point: When the day pillar or hour pillar have this pillar.
From Image Heart Poems Classics:
The Gold Spirit is a noble chart. Fiery Structure Wonder.
Have strong analytical skills, and would not abuse it to take advantage of others.
If there is Fire in the pillars but do not go through Fire Home Ground cannot
realises its potential.
The original chart where Fire has is weak and meet Fire Luck would manifest its
nobility.
The Gold Spirit when in its home of Fire, will have all riches and honor. When the
Gold Spirit meets Fire, it will shake all withs its might and power.
When the Gold Spirit meets Water, it will sink and submerged, reasons being it
disliked going through the home of Water. It is unfavorable for North West Home
of Metal too.
Gold Spirit likes to meet Wealth too where it will prospers. Though Wealth Luck is
beautiful, but Fire Home will be a Wonder.

PART TRANSLATION FROM SAN MING TONG HUI

DONE BY BENG KUNG TAN AKA BORNEO BOY:

Gold spirit, failure destruction spirit, even if with Sha, only 3 time, i.e Gui You, Ji
Si, Yi Chou.

For the six Jia DM, meeting the 3 time, represent gold spirit.

Jia Zi, Jia Chen the most.

Month commander-Yue Ling through metal qi becomes fire chart, then is

applicable.

With 7 Killing,Hurting Officer, Yang Ren(knive) in the pillar, considered as real

guiren.

If the month commander/Yue Ling not through metal qi and fire chart, discussed
differently, maybe wealth, quan, resource, maybe transform follow category.

Although unfavorable to have water, still ok.

If no transformation and follow water village, disaster uncomprehensible.

My comments on the previous chinese article:
Here from SMTH the Gui You, Ji Si, Yi Chou refers to hour pillar and day
pillar would be the six Jia Daymaster. So without further research, you would have
thought that having Gui You, Ji Si, Yi Chou would gives you the Gold spirit star
which is not.
Secondly, a lot of readers gets confused when they applied the normal cycle of
destruction and production of the five elements on it when they have this
structure and meets fire which was supposed to be favorable but turns out that it
is not.
This is because this star is actually referring to Na Yin of the Five elements.
Let me give an example thru this chinese poem and a bazi chart as an example:

'Furnace of fire, polishing of metal with sand, with enough skill, the cauldron is
achieved.'
Here the word cauldron have another hidden meaning which is referring to the Yi
Jing hexagram 50 Ding the symbol of the cauldron which dispenses spiritual
wisdom and knowledge.

Here Furnace of Fire refers to Na Yin of Fire for Ding Mao in the month.
From the SMTH above: Month commander-Yue Ling brings fire through Seven
killings, hurting officer or Yang Ren the sword, then is applicable.

With 7 Killing,Hurting Officer, Yang Ren(knive) in the pillar, considered as real

guiren.

Here Mao is the Yang Ren and (considered Month Nobleman)for Jia and
is the hurting officer which is the Nayin Fire .
Chou (Earth have three elements) is also Nobleman and Wealth star for Jia .
Okay, my point here is the same for Commander Nobleman Star or Kui Gang
symbolic star which have been misintrepreted with its so called likes and dislikes
and frightening readers. Worse, that this had sometimes ended up with it being

ferocious making the person a prostitute or subject to doom when it meets the
wrong element or Wealth or Power star.

Annie Pecheva: Perhaps, in conclusion we can say that there is a Metal star (in
the day and hour pillars - as given in the "Heart Poems Classics" ) and a
more special Gold Spirit, a truly favorable Gold star, that happens only under the
specific circumstances given in San Ming Tong Hui?
Now I am thinking that it will not be a wonder if all 64 I Ching hexagrams
correspond to certain Symbolic Stars...
Annie Pecheva I translate as Metal star, but Gold Spirit also sounds good.
Yi Jing Feng Shui It is the same as it is referring to metal only that it is auspicious
when it becomes gold, Annie. Just that this particular star is interesting as
understanding this shen sha will gives you a more indepth perspective into
classics like and so forth. For ten gods relationship, it is easier but for
shen sha after thousand of years, some of the meanings literally get changed.
