SOLAR CAR WITH DYNAMO MECHANISM
Now a days the global warming increasing rapidly due to the emissi-
CONCEPT :
such Car which is free from Pollution and Economical and eco-friendly
too. The system also consist of such level of motion which helps to use
it for day-to-day purpose.
Car can be charge while it is in motion so ,dynamo mechanism is provided connected to front wheel through belt and pulley drive so that the
batteries can be charged even while running through the Dynamos, so
that the overall eciency of the vehicle is increased.
When solar energy is not available during rainy season and also in night.
In this case we can use a portable charger which can charge the car from
commercial power.

bearings are xed. Bearings are mounted on Hard Steel shaft to accommodate any left and right shocks at any tyre. To accommodate
up and down shocks we provided a two hinges and two leaf springs.
Leaf spring and hinges are mounted in between front case and driver seat mounting. Leaf springs helps to absorb the shocks and bring
the system at its normal condition. The main advantage of this system is, its having a less weight compare to any conventional suspension system like Mach Pherson, Air suspension system, Telescopic
suspension etc...

V DIPLOMA PROJECT
With increase in fuel price and green gas emission alternative option
CONCEPT :
Now a days every child demanding for a bike when they are in school.
And the cost of a new bike is generally above 50,000 RS. This is dicult for middle class parents to purchase bike for his child. So, this is a
alternative which help to convert simple cycle in to the bike and also it is
solar operated too. So, there is no any fuel cost.
The Objective of the Present System is to Design and Development of
such Solar kit which can be easily installed in any cycle. This solar cycle
can run as a moped like Activa, Acess so, children can use as a bike and
there is no any gear shifting system so, driving is also easy.
Cycle is free from Pollution and Economical and also eco-friendly too.
The system also consists of such level of motion which helps to use it for
day to day purpose.
When solar energy is not available during rainy season and also at night.
In this case we can use a portable charger which can charge the cycle
from commercial power.
VI
OUTPUT
From the Present work the major output is that with a cer-
tain suitable modication the simle bicycle can be converted in to a good solution for the existing system which
matches with present requirment of other two vehiler auto
mobile vehical. The present model is Eco-friendly as well
as economical.
By using 250 Watt BLDC motor and 48V 19 Ah battery
bicycle giving a speed of 30 - 35km/hr.
Cycle having a carrying capacity of 100kg. Cycle having a
mileage of 45 to 50 km on full charge.
Solar panel charges the battery within 3 hours.
By using portable charger, car will charge within 2:30 to
3:00 hours.
This system having high initial cost but running cost is zero.
Solar energy and more specically solar operated cycle
would be an amazing advancement in future bicycle technology. They would allow for free travel and nearly unlimited accessibility.
