BIST THEORY OF ACTION & RESULT

Life is living. Living is action, action and action. No action then there is no life.

Our actions are the total sum of ( Thinking + Talking + Doing ). Thinking is within
oneself. Talking is communicating ourselves to others. Doing is the result
producing actions to others ( the society) including self.

Results are derivatives of our actions. Results are dependant on actions. However
results by themselves are not equal to actions. Results are proportional to
actions.

We take actions, expecting certain results that may produce happiness, joy,
fulfillment, or a feeling of success. Do we always get the results as expected for
our actions? Probably not. Why?

Let us take a look at the following equations:

‘R’ is not equal to ‘A’ - but

‘R’ is proportional to ~ ‘A’ – therefore
‘R’ is made equal to = “K” * ‘A’

R= Result, A= Action,
K= Constant that convert a proportional equation to a normal equation.

‘K’ is a factor that varies from 0 – 1. If K is 1, then the Results are equal to Actions.
You get 100% performance. If it is let us say 0.8, then you get 80% performance.
If it is 0.1, then you get just 10% performance.

Now it becomes more important for one to improve the ‘K’ factor to achieve
the best results for their actions. ‘K’ is an overall factor that is a combination of
three factors, let us call them K, P and M.

‘K’ = (K * P * M )

Now the equations evolve like this:

‘R’ = ‘K’ * ‘A’

‘K’ = (K * P * M)

‘K’ = Karma factor = (S*P*A)

= (Sanchita + Prarabdha + Akhamiya) Karma

Sanchita = Genetically from the parental lineage

Prarabdha = Ones own deeds till date
Akhmiya = Deeds in store for the future.

‘P’ = Passion factor = ( i1 * i2 * i3 )

= (Interest * Intensity * Involvement) Passion

Interest = Your love for your actions.

Intensity = Your perseverance for your actions.
Involvement = Your positive interactions in spite of hardships or disappointments.

‘M’ = Mind factor = (A*S*K)

= (Attitude * Skills * Knowledge) Mind

Attitude = Your mental approach to your actions. (why are you doing it?)
Skills = Your expertise in performing those actions. Your quality & speed of actions)
Knowledge = Know how of actions, Planning and Review of actions.

Of all these 9 factors, some of them not in your control as they have already
happened like Sanchita & Prarabdha. There is no use in blaming the parents or
our past mistakes any more. They do play a role in shaping the results of our actions.
For them the best what we can do now and in future is to compensate with
more & better deeds.

The other factors like Passion factor and Mind factor are in our control, that needs
to be attended carefully to get the best results out of our life – actions.
