cardiovascular disease, heart attack and stroke. When you laugh, the
blood flow increases and the blood pressure rises, but when you stop
laughing, blood pressure drops back to its base line. This relaxing effect
helps bring down blood pressure. This generates deeper breathing, which
in turn sends more oxygenated blood through the body.
There are some ways that can guide us to get a good laugh such as
smile more, surround ourself with people that can make us laugh, watch
funny movies, and not worrying about the sound of our laugh. So, to keep
our vascular system healthy we have to do exercise, east healthy food,
and get a good belly laugh everyday!
