Here's a list of allowed snacks for the Juice Plus plan..


1. SPICY WATERMELON AND PISTACHIO! Toss 2 cups cut-up watermelon
with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and teaspoon grated lime zest. Sprinkle
with a pinch of cayenne pepper and 2 teaspoons chopped unsalted roasted
pistachios

2. Spiced apple crisps with greek yogurt dip! Heat the oven to 160C/ 140C
fan/ gas mark 3. Core the apple and slice through the equator into very thin
slices 1 - 2mm thick. Dust with cinnamon and lay flat on a baking sheet lined
with parchment paper. Cook for 45 mins 1 hour, turning halfway through and
removing any crisps that have turned brown. Continue cooking until the apples
have dried out and are light golden. Cool, store in an airtight container and
enjoy as a snack. With Greek yoghurt as a dip.

3. Egg stuffed tomatoes : 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 large tomatoes (top off and
insides took out) 2teaspoons of fresh chives and greek yoghurt. Mix together
the eggs chives and yogurt together with salt a pepper, put the mixture into
your eggs and enjoy or put tops back on store in air-tight container and have
later (keep refrigerated)you could also do this with many different egg ways,
or tuna or mackerel. The ways of doing these are endless!!!

4. Spiced nuts and seeds : Mix 3 cups whole nuts with 1/4 cup each
flaxseeds, quinoa, and sunflower seeds. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 egg
whites with 2 tablespoons honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt, and 1/4
teaspoon each cayenne, cumin, and cinnamon. Toss with nut mix. Spread in a
single layer on a baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees until dry, stirring
occasionally, about 30 minutes. Scrape from pan while cooling, to avoid
sticking. Makes 16 servings (178 calories each). You do not need to use the
seeds could just be the nuts. Crush some up and top your fruits+greek yogurt
with these for extra crunch and flavour!

5. Savoury yogurt dip with vegetable sticks or small amount of wedges! :


Season 1/4 cup greek yogurt with salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1
tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (dill, basil, cilantro), or a few pinches of dried

oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes
one serving (40 calories, not including veggies).

6. Omelettes, the ways of doing these are endless!!!: 2 whole eggs, splash of
skimmed milk salt and pepper then for the added extras!

3. Feta cheese, grated carrot and mushrooms
4. Prawns, chilli flakes and dry coriander.
5. Tuna, red onions and peas
6. Cherry tomatoes, chilli flakes, yellow peppers.
7. Mushroom omelette.
8. Spinach, garlic and chilli.
9. Smoked salmon.
10. Spinach, onion, red peppers, feta.
11. Goats cheese, spinach, cherry toms.
12. Chives, tomatoes, goats cheese.
13. Turkey thinly sliced, avocado, red onions
14. Spinach, pine nuts.
15. Caramelised red onion, chicken and cucumber.
16. Basil, cherry tomatoes.
17. Basil, cherry tomatoes, goats cheese.
18. Peas, red onions, feta cheese.
19. Chicken, cashew nuts, spring onions, chili.
20. Chicken, spinach, goats cheese, pepper.

Savoury:
Half avocado, chilli flakes and small amount of goats cheese
Cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and spring onions
Half avocado squashed down, cherry tomatoes and cucumber chunks
Boiled egg, greek yoghurt and spring onions
Peppers, red onions, cucumber and goats cheese
Tuna, spring onions and cherry tomatoes
Figs, Feta greek yogurt and thyme.
Little hummus chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
Feta/goats cheese topped with mixed toasted nuts.
Goats cheese with spring onions and walnuts mixed through (if putting in the
oven watch carefully not to burn the cake)
Avocado, salsa and coriander.
Bacon, Lettuce and tomatotrim fat off of bacon!
Greek yoghurt with chilis, coriander leaves and salt+pepper through it then top
with cooked king prawns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Smoked Salmon and hummus
Make it a pizza, tomato puree, top with a little veg and goats/feta cheese, pop

in the oven and watch carefully so not to burn.


Sliced garlic cloves and green pestobit like garlic bread.
Grilled chicken, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Tuna melttuna topped with goats cheese melted under grill.
Tomato basil leaves and feta.
Sliced egg and salt.
Avocado and tuna
Avocado spinach tomato and cucumber.
Smoked mackerel, diced beetroot, baby spinach and feta cheese.
Greek yogurt with tomato puree mixed together topped with cooked king
prawns and lemon juice
Greek yogurt, thin slice of ham, green pesto and top with cherry toms+salad
leaves.
Roasted peppers + goats cheese, under the grill until melted.
Goats cheese, cherry tomatoes chopped with red onions, basil, splash olive oil
and a few drops balsamic vinegar.
Curried boiled egg, mashed boiled egg greek yogurt + curry powder
Tomato puree, ham and spinach parsley and cucumber on top!
Left over steak, thinly sliced with chilli greek yogurt (Red chillies put through
the yoghurt mixture) topped with either cherry toms or little lettuce!!

Sweet:
Half a banana greek yogurt and sprinkle cinnamon
Peanut butter and banana
Fresh peaches and crushed almond put through greek yoghurt.
Peanut butter, designated coconut and cherries
Greek yogurt and fresh berries
Pear slices and goats cheese with a drizzle of honey
Strawberries and a drizzle of honey.
Greek yogurt top with blueberries, few chopped mint leave and drizzle of
honey.
Peanut butter + sliced apples.
Apple slices, peanut butter and cinnamon.
Peanut butter, sliced fresh peach and sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
Poached pear slices greek yogurt and crushed hazelnuts

Salads:

Greek salad : Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta. Finished
with a drizzle of olive oil.

Soft boiled egg, turkey rashers and watercress salad. Serves 2


2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 shallot, very finely chopped

1 tbsp red wine vinegar


1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
handful chives, snipped (optional)
4 thick turkey rashers
2 good handfuls British watercress, thick stems removed

Put the eggs in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for 3 mins, then
lift into a bowl of iced water and cool completely. Very carefully peel away the
shells. Leave the eggs in the iced water until you finish the recipe, or for up to
1 hr ahead.
Mix the shallot with the vinegar and a pinch of salt, then set aside for a few
minutes to soften. Whisk in the mustard, oil and chives, if using, to make a
dressing.
Heat the grill to low-medium and cook the turkey rashers until crisp right
through. Remove the turkey
Just before serving, bring the pan of water back to the boil and add the eggs.
Boil for 1 min to reheat. Toss the dressing with the watercress and divide
between 2 plates. Top with an egg and 2 rashers of turkey. The egg yolks will
still be runny inside.
shredded duck watercress and orange salad serves 4
2 duck legs
1tsp five-spice powder
5 tbsp rice vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 big oranges, segmented, juice reserved
2 x 100g bag watercress
200g bag radishes, thinly sliced
140g pack chicory, leaves separated
small bunch spring onion, sliced diagonally

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Pat the duck legs dry with kitchen paper
and rub in the five-spice and some seasoning. Pour the vinegar, soy and
orange juice into a small roasting tin and put the duck on top. Cover with foil
and cook for 30 mins, then remove the foil and increase oven to 240C/220C
fan/ gas 9, or put under the grill and cook until the skin is crisp. Remove and
strain the liquid through a sieve. Let the duck cool until you can shred the
meat from the bones. Skim fat from the liquid.
Meanwhile, gently toss together the oranges, watercress, radishes, chicory
and spring onions. Pour over reserved cooking liquid, then add the duck and
arrange on a platter.

Prawn Salad with orange, red onion and avocado serves 2


2 oranges
1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
1 ripe avocado

140g cooked king prawns


1 small red onion, finely sliced
small bunch coriander, leaves picked
tbsp olive oil
1tsp red chillies
juice lime

Stand each orange on a board and cut away the peel and pith with a sharp
knife. Cut the oranges into 1cm slices.
Arrange the lettuce on 2 plates. Halve, stone and peel the avocado, then slice.
Place the avocado on top of the lettuce leaves and scatter the prawns on top.
Divide the orange slices, onion and coriander leaves between each plate and
toss together very lightly. For the dressing, mix oil chillies and lime juice
together and season with black pepper. Spoon over the salad and serve.

Caesar Salad: but use goats/feta cheese instead of parmesan: Pure minced
garlic and anchovies, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and 1
egg yolk; with machine running, slowly add 1/4 cup olive oil. Toss with lettuce

Greek cucumber Salad: Mix red onion slices, chopped cucumber, dill and
feta. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.

1tbsp Peanut butter on 2oat/rice cakes topped with 1/2 banana
2 Oatcakes 1 poached egg and spring onions
Asparagus spears with 1 poached egg and lots of pepper.
Turkey rashers, feta cheese red onion salad.
Dip your fruit into the full fat greek yogurt that has caramel/orange/vanilla
extract through it. Optional to freeze once dipped.
