Truck-mounted cementing unit

Truck-mounted cementing unit is widely used for cementing operation in series of cementing equipment.
Truck-mounted Single pump cementing and twin pump cementing are available. Max. Working pressure is
from 3500psi to 14,500psi and max. Displacement is from 1600 to 3500L/min.

Features

Chassis: fitted with well-known brand of truck chassis like VOLVO, BENZ, MAN, KENWORTH and
NOTHERN BENZ.

Plunger pump: 300HP, 400HP and 600HP plunger pumps fitted with different sizes of plungers to meet
requirement of pressure and displacement, 3ZB-300, 3ZB-600, TPH400, and TPB600 are available.

Power system: Detroit, Cat or Cummins engine

Transmission: Allison HD 4700OFS

Slurry mixing system: automatic mixing system.
