1 ELECTRICAL CONTROL UNIT FOR


2 WINKLEPRESS INCL. PLC WITH PUSHBUTTON
installed in a control panel made of sheet metal according to the rules
of VDE (Society of German Electrical Engineers) for floor mounting
painted in RAL 7035, Switch gear and further parts make Moeller or similar,
according to Bellmers choice, basically consisting of:
1 Power supply for complete control including master switch for
entire power supply and transformer 400/230 V, 50 Hz and
24 V DC for control voltage and external "Emergency Stop".
"On - Off" push buttons for the complete plant with signal lamp.
"On - Off". Push buttons for the polyelectrolyte preparation unit
with signal lamp
Emergency alarm with push button "Emergency - Off", signal lamp
and external horn
Switch gears with cam switch, relay and thermal trip for drives
speed variable by frequency converter
Connection for belt travel sensors
Switch gears for each hydraulic unit

Potential compensation by customer
Since dust deposition on the circuit boards can lead to creeping distances
the air of the switch room must be free of dust, aggressive gas and fume.
Aggressive gas and fume destroy the electronic components by corrosion
and this leads to machine failure.
Performance of the equipment inside the electrical control unit for
normal strain, according to:
- Environmental class:
DIN EN 60721 chapter 3-3
- Relative humidity:
75 % average p.a.
- Moisture condensation:
inadmissible
In case of bad environmental conditions the electrical control unit has
to be aerated with fresh air respectively instrument air by customer.
Please let us know if a welsh plug has to be planned for that.
