If toothed gear - A - of motor does not stand at stop B - "fresh air mode" , proceed as follows:

- After assembling actuator motor, press toothed gear - 1 again on to shaft of fresh/recirculating air door.
- Install the wiring harness so that it cannot come in contact
with any moving parts (e.g. the actuating arm of the
actuator motor).

- Place Drip Tray For VAS6100 VAS6208 under engine.
