When I founded the Architectural Division in 1977, I believed that architect-designed houses had
exceptional quality and added value, and required a unique approach to marketing. I still believe that

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Founder and Executive Director of the Architectural Division, Jan Horn has specialized in the sale of
architect-designed houses for the past 30 years. During that time, he has represented the sale of houses
designed by virtually every major architect in Southern California. He is a frequently invited speaker on
architectural topics at museums and universities nationwide, and has been widely featured in print and
broadcast media. Jan Horn is an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects, Los Angeles
Chapter, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Architecture + Design Museum.
